Summer is here and the festival season is in now in full swing (Did you see Adele at Glastonbury last week? …amazing!). I recently wrote a post about the possibility of going camping and the various possibilities there are these days. Many families enjoy going camping to music festivals, and its great that there are many music festivals now which are family oriented (Latitude and Camp Bestival to name a couple) where you see artists like Fatboy Slim perform alongside the likes of Mr Tumble!
We were recently invited to a family music festival and if it wasn’t for other plans that weekend we would loved to have gone. Its definitely something we’d like to do now Sienna is a bit older and loves to get out and about. If like us, you are thinking of taking your kids camping to a festival or if you have never been to a festival before then you might find this camping tips infographic that I am sharing below quite useful. It includes some handy tips, my favourites are attaching a torch to a water bottle to light up your tent and taking an old cheap phone for endless battery life. I’m not sure about hiding vodka in a listerine bottle, although it did make me laugh!
If you fancy camping or heading to a festival this summer, it doesn’t have to break the bank. I have found a great offer where you can grab 10% Off any Festival or Pop Up Tents with Halfords (End 13th July). There’s also half price off selected camping products.
Have you camped at a festival before? Have you camped at a festival with your kids, and if so which ones did you go to? How did you find it? What do you think of the tips? Are there any tips you can recommend? Please leave a comment as I would love to read your thoughts.
Love you all ❤
