Twozies Review

amomentwithfranca · 19 September 2016 · 72 Comments

We were sent a super cute set of collectable toys to review. I’m talking about the popular Twozies. If you haven’t heard of Twozies, they are the new collectable babies in animal hats and matching pets from Moose Toys and Character Options, who do everything Two-gether when matched. When Bella saw the parcel she knew straight away what it was. She said that she had seen them in some YouTube videos. It’s so funny as she is only 6 but she is a big fan of YouTube already, LOL!

Twozies Review

Bella did a video unboxing her Twozies bundle. She was so excited about it. I think she is very cute. What do you guys think?

I hope that you like the video. Now back to the review 😉

Inside the parcel, Bella found 2 lovely playsets and 5 blind bags. The playsets are really cool. I like the idea that you can hang them on your kid’s walls. They are not just to play with, you can decorate your kid’s room with them too. I love that idea so I will be doing that soon.

They are presented in stylish shadow boxes that can be stacked or mounted, each character is perfectly collectable in its own way. They also have colour coordinated clothes on and are made of smooth rubber. So cool!

BLIND PACKS – £2.49

Bella started opening the blind packs. It is so funny because she had these 2 cool playsets but she wanted to start with the blind packs. I guess I would have opened the playsets first, LOL. My point is that kids really love blind packs. The whole surprise factor is what they like the most.

As I mentioned before they are collectable toys, so your kids can collect up to 140 Twozies babies and for every baby Twozie that children collect, there is a matching pet to be found! How cool is that? Bella loved this idea! Each character is perfectly collectable in its own way, but the fun part here is to find the matching Twozie to make a pair.

When Bella opened the blind packs she was a little bit disappointed because she only got 3 different babies as the other 2 left were a repetition. She also didn’t get any matching pets! That means that now she will be in a serious hunt to find the matching pets. 😉

ICE CREAM CART PLAYSET – £14.99

The ice cream cart playset is super cute. It comes with 2 baby Twozies and their respective pets. It also comes with an ice cream cart, some little ice creams and sweets, 2 cards with ice cream images to put on both sides of the shadow display box and of course the shadow box with a beautiful background that can be hung on a wall as I mentioned at the start.

The colours and all the details are lovely. And when you put them all together it looks really nice. The cart seats come with sliding sits. So when you pull them, then they become a two-seater. I though this little feature was fantastic so you can have only the babies on it or if you fancy playing with the pets too you can add them too! 😉 Bella really liked this.

ROW BOAT PLAYSET – £14.99

The lovely Two Sweet Row Boat playset comes with 2 little Twozies with their matching animal friends, a row boat with lots of interesting accessories like umbrellas, double sided seats, oars and the shadow box with another cute scenery background to hang on the wall or stacked on top of each other.

We really like all the details of these playsets. It really brings a lot of imagination for our kids to play for hours. They can make up stories all day long!

It was really funny when Bella realised that she can move their little heads. She was surprised so that brought even more fun to her play.

It is great to see that we can add lots of more babies and pets to the collection. I’m sure they will be in lots of kid’s Christmas wish lists! They also have surprise packs where you can get the babies, the pet and a small shadow box. The age for this collectable toy is 5+ as they come with lots of little pieces. They are great pocket money toys too.

What do you think of Twozies? Do you already have them at home? Do your kids love them? Do you think they could be a hit at home? Leave a comment as I would love to read what you think.

*Disclosure: I received the Twozies bundle for the purpose of this blog post. However all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thanks for stopping by,

Love you all ❤️

Super cute! What a lucky girl. My girl has turned into a tom boy but I know a few girls who would love these, and the blind packs are going to make fab stocking fillers #KALCOLS

We saw these recently at BlogOn and I knew that my girls would go crazy for them! They actually watched some on YouTube earlier and asked could they have some for Christmas. I thought they were just another pointless fad but it does look as though your daughter is having fun with them. I try to avoid any kind of collectable toy just because it gets expensive, and the blind packs just lead to duplicates, but I totally get why children love them! #KCACOLS

These are really cute! I think they are too small to have in the house at the moment but once my youngest is a little older I suspect things like this will fill the girls bedrooms!

I had never heard of them until reading this but they look so cute! I’m going to have to wait a bit before getting some as my youngest is still in the “eating anything I shouldn’t” phase #kcacols

They are cute and they are a lovely idea for stocking filler toys when Little R gets bigger! They remind me a little bit of the Polly Pocket toys that we used to play with when we were little! #kcacols

Ive never heard of twozies but my six year old niece would love them im sure. to me though, they look like yet anpther toy that will end up getting lost around the house!! I find even now with b’s toys, bits go walkabout and im a bit anal with trying to keep them all together – duplo in one box, brio in another etc etc #KCACOLS
