A Super Fun Family Photoshoot With Splento

Have you ever had professional photographs taken with your family? It is a great way of capturing a moment or a time in your families life to be able to look back on in years to come. I know we all take many photos of our families on our phones these days, but there is something special about having pictures that have been taken profressionally.

With over 15,000 photographers you can book ahead for your event or family photoshoot or even book someone on really short notice. The choice of location is completely up to you too.

We were offered a one-hour photo shoot to be able to review the booking process, service and how we found the whole experience. Initially, we were going to do two different shoots, one with cocktail outfits for Christmas and one outside in our local park, but the day was so nice and bright we spent the whole session outside as we felt this was the best decision to make the most of the beautiful day.

The package we received is priced at £99 and included the following;

• Specialist professional photographer
• All best photos (generally at least 50 photos generated per hour) ready within 48 hours (usually 21 hours)
• Digital editing and retouching
• All unedited jpegs
• Private online galleries
• A3 print-sized images
• Upgraded commercial license

Booking Our Photoshoot

The whole process was very easy. The booking didn’t take long. You get an email confirmation of your booking straight away. Our photographer then contacted us in advance to make sure we were ready for it and to answer any questions we might have. We agreed to meet at our home on a lovely sunny Saturday morning before heading to our chosen location for the shoot. He was very punctual and arrived on time.

We walked to the park and started our session straight away. Charlie, our photographer was lovely. He is originally from Italy so having both the same background (my family is also from an Italian background) we instantly connect. He was really lovely with my girls which was very important to have the girls in the mood and happy for the photos.

How We Found The Photoshoot

We had so much fun that day. I really loved the experience of having a family photo shoot so I will definitely do it again. We all felt comfortable and relaxed and it was a really fun experience.

After the session, we received our photos within 48 hours. The photos were gorgeous and captured the colours from the park perfectly which is what I hoped for as it was a beautiful day. I was very impressed, especially because I will be able to freeze those memories for longer as now we can see these photos all the time. I am going to print a few of them and frame them and will be on display at home for many years to come.
