I love it when I can give a different look to my bedroom just by adding some colour or some accessories, like cool vintage cushions with different shapes. It is the perfect way to keep finding new looks so you don’t get bored of seeing the same old thing when entering your bedroom. I was very happy when Evans Lichfield offered me the opportunity to review some items from their latest collection of cool cushions. I was really excited to choose the perfect accessories to my bedroom because as I mentioned before I was getting a little bit bored of the same look. They were also kind to offer the chance for one of my lovely readers to win a pair of cushions from their collection.
I hadn’t previously heard of Evans Lichfield but whilst browsing through their website to choose a cushion, I found that they are based in the West Midlands, having been established since 1988, so I was surprised I hadn’t heard of them before. Well this is my bad as I can certainly say that they are now on my radar because they have such beautiful things.
They have a large and varied range of products, from cushions to canvas wall-art and designs, from traditional to contemporary. They supply their products of excellent quality to top brand high street stores and smaller independent retailers too which is lovely.
There were a lot of lovely products for me to choose from so it was difficult to make a decision but when I saw their Jardin range I fell in love straight away and just had to choose from there. I was so over the moon when I told them my choice and they were so kind by pairing my selection with another different shaped cushion from the same collection. How lucky was I? Hurrah!
When the parcel arrived I was so excited. I felt like a 5 year old again. I really wanted some new cushions to bright up my bedroom so I really wanted to test them out straight away. I received two different types of cushions from the same range:
JARDIN PEONY CUSHION
This cushion has a square shape. It was perfect because it features peonies which I have recently fell in love with following since my latest review of letterbox bouquets so I was so happy to have them on my new cushion! 🙂 The colours are great with purple and pink with green and a tiny bit of yellow. It does not look overly feminine as it has a vintage style so it was perfect for the master bedroom. Nick also liked them which is always great as its his bedroom too although as you know we woman are always in charge of the decoration so he will have to say yes regardless 😉
JARDIN SWEETPEA CUSHION
This is the cushion that Evans Lichfield sent me to complement the one I had chosen which of course matches perfectly fine and looks amazing. This cushion has the same colours but has a rectangular shape. It was really pretty. I love the sweetpeas and the style.
When I put them both together in the middle of the bed, I was really pleased. I think they look amazing and it really gives a different look to my bedroom and a cool touch to the bed. I really love it. I am so happy that it all matches perfectly. The shapes, square and rectangular are the perfect match. They go really well together and it was the perfect place to put them as I had a big gap inbetween my pillows, so now these cushions cover that empty space and decorate the bed.
I was very happy to have discovered this company. They really do have beautiful products.
Have you heard of Evans Lichfield before? What do you think of their collection? What about their Jardin range? What type of cushions do you like? Please leave a comment below as I would love to hear what you think.
*Disclaimer: I received these beautiful cushions from Evans Lichfield for the purpose of this review but all opinions and thoughts are my own. I was also offered the opportunity to giveaway the same matching set.
Thanks for stopping by,
Love you all ❤️
