#KCACOLS – 13th September 2020

I am so happy to be back! However, I really needed a break. I am feeling much better now. My girls are now back to school but it was an intense week. At the start, my eldest daughter was so anxious she woke up upset on the first day of school. She managed to compose herself and went to school with a positive attitude. She then had a great day which was a relief. Both my girls had a good week in the end. How was the first week back to school for you? Hope all your kids are more settled now.

Send Me #KCACOLS New Linky Notifications

We had 39 linkups! This is fantastic! We had a couple of new linkers too. On Thursday we had 14 posts that needed more comments. By Friday night (deadline for commenting) we manage to reduce this number to 10 posts. I am a little bit disappointed as I expected this number to be lower after having 2 weeks time to comment.

Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 5 people on Thursday. By Friday night, we didn’t reduce this number which is a shame. I was hoping the numbers would be much better this time. Let’s hope we manage to have a better linkup this time.

Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.

I also wanted to say that I will need all your comments to be done by Friday as I won’t be doing any counting on Saturdays anymore. So Friday Night will be the deadline for all comments for now on.

My first guest co-host this week is LIBERTY from Liberty on the Lighter Side. I am so excited to have Liberty as my co-host this week for the first time. Liberty joined this linky a year ago but then she stopped and now she is back. I love having when old linkers come back. Liberty has a parenting blog. She was born in England but reared in South Afric. She left Johannesburg with her husband and one child and now lives in the tranquillity of the Irish countryside with 3 more kids, their 2 dogs as well as 2 chickens and 2 bunnies. She loves to draw, paint, write, teach a women’s Bible study group, walk beside the sea and dance, she is an occasional graphic designer and she loves good chocolate and coffee.

My second guest co-host this week is MALIN from Sensational Learning With Penguin. Malin has co-hosted with me many times too. I am super happy to have her back. Since she joined this linky she has been a great supporter of the linky which is lovely. Malin has a parenting blog. Her blog is about Mummy and Penguin which is a place for them to share what they do and why. Penguin has a diagnosis of autism, and they recently opted for home education. She shares their days out, baking, crafts, play dough among other activities.
