Welcome back to #KCACOLS. I hope you are all well! We had 42 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
Well right now, we expected to be back in the UK or at least driving back home. But no, that is not the situation. You won’t believe what happened to us! We missed our ferry! Yes, the last thing that you would expect to happen to you with 2 little girls is what actually happened to us! What a nightmare! So now, we are just getting on the ferry and we will travel overnight. We couldn’t get a cabin so we will have to sleep on reclining chairs instead! Not sure how this experience will be with these 2 little ones but I really hope they are tired enough so they just fall asleep straight away until the morning. Fingers crossed! Wish me luck!
Despite this, we had an amazing week at Siblu Holidays in Domaine de Kerlann in France. OMG, this place is amazing. They have lots of activities to entertain the kids as well as an indoor pool and outdoor pool. You can hire bikes and there is also a kids clubs where they can play, dance and sing along. We even had the opportunity to witness France winning the World Cup 2018 while we were in the country! What a historic moment for us to be there for! My girls really had an amazing time and we are super sad to leave! If you are looking for a beach/pool family holiday outside the UK, I highly recommend you to check out Siblu campsites out!
Each link up, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:
*HAVING A BLAST AT DOMAINE DE KARLANN SIBLU VILLAGE IN FRANCE* - #PRESSTRIP Hello from France! We have not had a family beach holiday for a while. The last one was last year in July in Mallorca. We were so excited about this trip and we were counting down the days until we went. We travelled to Caen in France overnight by car via @britannyferries staying in a cabin and then travelling on to Domaine de Karlann in Brittany which is a Siblu Village (@siblu.holidays ) resort. It is a lovely area. We have not been to a campsite outside the UK as a family so this was our first experience. We are loving it so far. I really like this place and my girls are having a blast every day. They have a kids club in the mornings and afternoons for 2 hours each which is great when you need some time to recharge batteries or get ready for the day and they are actually having a good time there. Our accommodation is lovely too. I filmed a little tour and published it on IGTV. You can see it HERE (https://www.instagram.com/tv/BlOiqUxg-cx/) or on my profile. There are so many lovely towns around to explore and they all have their unique charm. I cannot express how yummy the food is in France. I am sure you already know this but I just needed to say it because we are enjoying all the meals we have had so far. This is exactly what we need as a family: time to be together, enjoying lovely weather (despite the weather forecast saying that it would be bad for some parts, we have been very lucky so far), enjoying the pool, the beach and and nice food. It is just perfect! Have you been to a campsite in France? PS: I am loving my red jumpsuit from @HM I am all about red and black lately! What do you think? #Siblu #Sibluholidays #France #campingsite #travelblogger #familytravel
*HOW WE'RE GETTING ON WITH OUR DISNEY 24 HR CHALLENGE* - #Ad Almost 4 weeks ago, I announced that we have signed up to take part in the 24hr Challenge with @DisneyUK which is a FREE family-friendly challenge you can do anywhere at any time. We need to clock up 24 hours of physical activity together between June and September. So it has been about 4 weeks now and I wanted to give you a little update as to how we are getting on with this challenge. Obviously, due to school and work, we have mostly done our activities together as a family during the weekends. It is much easier that way. There have been a couple of times that we managed to do some activities during the week but they were at home. But in general, we have been trying to do things together and having fun outdoors every weekend. We have had a lot of fun doing this challenge. We have done a little bit of everything and we have also followed some of the ideas suggested on their website. We have been doing fun activities such as musical statues, dancing together around the kitchen. We also did some balloon racing which was basically throwing the balloon between each other. The girls loved that. We also did other outdoor activities such as monkey bar climbing, climbing trees, keep using our scooters, swimming, going up and down the slides together, etc. We have logged 6 hours and 30 minutes so far. We still have until September to reach 24 hrs of activity. Let's hope we manage to do it! Wish us luck! I also wanted to remind you that the giveaway is still on until tomorrow 13th July at midnight and you can WIN A £150 VOUCHER EXPRESS CARD, so if you are interested, please sign up to this challenge too. It is not as hard as you think. You just need to do activities with your family and have fun! TO SIGN UP TO THIS CHALLENGE check the info here (www.amomentwithfranca.com/24hrchallenge) or by clicking the link in my bio. Also check out my stories for updates! 😉 Will you join us too? What type of activities do you like doing together with your family? #Disney24HourChallenge
#KCACOLS ON INSTAGRAM
Thank you so much for using the #KCACOLS hashtag on Instagram for all your photos. It is lovely to see your photos there! I am so excited that we have more than 10.5k photos that have used the hashtag! I am thrilled! I would love it if more of you could use the hashtag for your photos and of course it would be even better if we all also spread some love there! I am featuring 1 photo from the community that has caught my eye since the last link up. This time I’m featuring VICKY from The Mummy Bubble. See her photo below:
She'll always be my baby, even when she insists she's a big girl, I'll be saying "my baby" to myself, even when I'm old and grey 💗. We've been out for lunch again today (two days in a row!!!) so I'm feeling extremely spoiled! The girls were great at the restaurant, though I'm sure to the non-child people sitting nearby their noise was a bit annoying. We had some nasty evils thrown our way at a restaurant in London yesterday, but it's only made me more determined to get out there whenever the opportunity presents itself. You won't see me at a nightclub with a buggy in tow or spot me at a Michelin starred restaurant dining on foie gras with the kids there but if I want to go to a kid-friendly restaurant, I'll bloody well do it. If my kids make noise, as kids do, then I'll try to keep them quiet but quite honestly, it's just a part of life and I'm not going to allow some judgemental people to stop me from getting out of the house and into the real world. Let's start a free movement campaign, the free mama movement, that makes it clear that just because we have a noisy baby in tow, it doesn't mean we shouldn't be out. Fight for your right to lunch ladies!! #freemama #lunchout

NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:
We had 42 link ups and about 12 posts needed more comments when the linky closed. By Saturday we reduced this number to 5! From these 5 posts, 4 have 3 comments, 2 have 2 comments and 2 have 0 comments (this is definitely a pending comment matter as I know some comments have been done including myself). So we got 37 posts with 4 or more comments.
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 11 people on Thursday. I have not had the chance to check this today as you know we were stuck in France due to missing our ferry. So please apologise for this.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, JESS @jess__powell and CASSIE @GorgeousGsmama and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
