Welcome back to #KCACOLS. I hope you are all well! We had 43 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
We had another busy couple of weeks. We had lots of activities at school. Bella left for her Y4 Residential trip for 3 days. This was the first time she was away from us without family and a little bit far, so I was a little bit nervous but thankfully it went well and she had an amazing time. After we said goodbye, a few of the mums had a lovely coffee morning for a chat. Sienna had her assembly that week and she was so cute. It is always lovely to see your kids performing. I also organised a coffee morning with the mums from Sienna’s class for another lovely chatty morning. I love these meetups. The girls also had Sports Day which they enjoyed. Both did very well and ended up at a friends house for the rest of their afternoon. They ended the week with an end of year school disco which left them really tired, lol!
Regarding the blog, I have started a new meal plan with Melissa from the Delicious Nutritionist who has tailored a new 2 week plan for me to try. I am super excited about this as I really want to change my eating habits and start having a more healthy lifestyle. We also went to the premiere of The Queen’s Corgi. It was funny and after that, we went to a garden party in the centre of Leicester Square which was so much fun for the girls.
Each link up, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:

[Ad-Screening] - ✨SPECIAL SCREENING OF THE QUEEN’S CORGI✨ We love going to special screening of movies. My girls find them so much fun and this one for the new film The Queen’s Corgi was no different. 🎥 - Released on Friday 5th July, we were lucky to be invited to an advanced screening on the 30th June. The animated film is in partnership with the @filmtvcharity and features Julie Walters, Jack Whitehall and Sheridan Smith. - As my girls love dogs, I knew they would love this film and we all found it really funny and was such a good film. Some parts were a bit too much for little Sienna and she closed her eyes during the scarier parts bless her. 🐶 - After the film we headed into the center of Leicester Square for a garden party with real life corgis. The girls got to take part in lots of fun activities all decorated with The Queen’s Corgi theme. There was also a live orchestra too. They were amazing to watch and really added to the fun atmosphere. Swipe left to see more photos - We really enjoyed the film and think it is great for kids, will you be going to watch it when it is released in cinemas tomorrow? #TheQueensCorgi #movie #leicestersquare

[Ad-Gifted] - ✨EXCITED TO START A NEW HEALTHY LIFESTYLE✨ One area of my life I really struggle with is making sure I keep my diet healthy. Currently I am stuck and I need some help with starting my journey to reach my goals. My problem is I don’t seem to be able to stick to anything and be consistent! Is anyone else like this? - What I need is a plan that is tailored to me and someone to help me with meal suggestions and point me in the right direction! This is where @thedeliciousnutritionist comes in. Melissa is a trained nutritionist who aims to help people address their issues with food and build a positive relationship to change bad habits into good ones and introduce people to a new healthy lifestyle. So with your goals and food preferences in mind, Melissa creates a totally personalised plan including the shopping list too! How good is that! 😃 - I am currently on week one of a 4 week plan with Melissa that has been tailored to me. I love that you have consultations too, this is to help you not only stick to the plan but also tweak it if necessary. This isn’t a fad diet, Melissa is using her training and knowledge to help you make lifestyle changes that will work for you long term. - For me, I need something that fits in with my busy schedule and after a few tries, I think we may have cracked it! - If you would like to try Melissa's services, she offers 15 minutes discovery chat for free and if you like her and what to go ahead, you can get 10% discount of any plans if you use the discount code FRANCA10. - Have you ever tried a plan like this that helps you change your lifestyle instead of trying fad diets? #deliciouslytransformed #nutrition #weightlossjourney #healthyfood

NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:
First I would like to apologise because for the first time in 4 years I completely forgot to send the Thank You email with the lists of posts that needed more comments. I had a hectic week and got distracted. So sorry about that. This means that of course, we couldn’t reduce the numbers as we normally do.
We had 43 link ups which is fantastic. So, on Thursday we had 14 posts that needed more comments and by Saturday we reduced this amount to 11. We could have had better results if I wouldn’t have forgotten to send the email.
And regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 8 people on Thursday. By Saturday morning this number was reduced to 6 but I think they are comments waiting for approval.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, JADE @theautismpage and RUTH @ruthhilbrown and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
