MEATliquor – Why We Loved It There!

If you caught our previous post about how much fun we had ice skating at Queens, you will know that whilst we were there, we broke up our time on the ice by having some food at MEATLIQUOR. It was such a great family day and we had the best time whilst there. In 2017, MEATliquor, bar, diner, lanes & SINBIN joined forces with Queens and have been going from strength to strength. It is such a great pairing for a fun day out wither skating or bowling.

Queens is open 7 days a week and full dinner service is served from midday till 10.30 pm Sunday to Thursday and till 11.30 pm Friday and Saturday. It’s ‘a one-stop-fun-shop’ – that’s also very dog-friendly and even has kid’s menus and hosts parties too!

• The SINBIN: brand new rink-side dive-bar.
• The Liquor Lanes: 5 bowling lanes, reserved for adults only, plus private bar & sounds.
• The Diner located slap bang in the middle of the lanes

What We Ate At MEATliquor

I have to start by saying that I wasn’t expecting this but, the food we ate at MEATliquor was amazing! We stopped to eat around 1 hour of ice skating fun at Queens. As we already had reservations we only need to ask to be seated. The place is very quirky. I loved the decoration! It was definitely great for photos, the only problem was the light. It was a little bit dark. So in person, it’s even better.

Adults meals

Philly Cheesesteak with Sriracha Fries

Nick ordered Philly Cheesesteak with Sriracha Fries. He really liked his meal. It also looked amazing! The fries were a little bit spicy for me but he absolutely loves spicy food so it was just up his street.

Dirty Chicken Cheeseburger with Fries

I ordered Dirty Chicken Cheeseburger with Fries. Yes, I know….naughty me! Lol, It definitely worth all the calories because it was YUMMY! The fries were also so tasty! I can recommend the fries. I am very fuzzy with fries and I really like these ones.

Girls’ Meals

Pork Hotdog with fries

Bella got a Pork Hotdog with fries which she really enjoyed. She pretty much ate it all. And Bella is super fussy with her food! I was very happy to see that.

Deep fried Mac’N’Cheese Sticks

And then little Sienna had Deep fried Mac’N’Cheese Sticks. These sticks were so good. Full of cheese inside that melted in your mouth when you bite in! I had to try them too and I loved them and ate a couple when Sienna wasn’t looking! LOL … don’t tell her otherwise she would scream at me! LOL .. she really likes her food!

Our Thoughts On MEATliquor

I was so impressed with our meals! It was seriously delicious! Of course, it has lots of calories, especially with the Dirty Chicken I ordered but oh my, it was definitely worth it! The food really refuelled our energy so we were able to go back and do more skating! Yeah!

If you are near Queensway and fancy some skating, don’t forget to eat there too. There is a great atmosphere! You won’t regret it!
