My Sunday Photo – Giant Polar Bear

amomentwithfranca · 6 September 2015 · 20 Comments

I’m sharing today a photo of a Giant Polar Bear that was displayed in London this week by Greenpeace in protest against Arctic drilling at Shell’s headquarters which is based next to the London Eye.

Apparently Emma Thompson was there but I missed her by just 5 minutes!!! I was so sad as I love her!! Nick actually saw her but when he went to let me know and we went back she wasn’t there anymore!! 🙁

It is so beautiful and such a great cause, we once flew quite low over Alaska and you could see the polar bears walking on the ice, it is so sad to think this is an endangered species due to man x

Oh wow that sounds amazing!! I would love to do that! The bear was very big and it was very beautiful to watch. It also moved and made bear sounds. It is indeed a great cause! Thanks for commenting Sarah, xx
