Qbix GameCube is a new immersive and interactive multiplayer gaming experience that has recently landed at All Star Lanes White City.
We recently had the opportunity to try out Qbix GameCube at All Star Lanes White City and we were all impressed. This unique experience consists of three different games: The Fright Maze, Pack-A-Boom and Astro Ryders.
Qbix Gamecube Review at All Star Lanes White City
The Fright Maze
The Fright Maze is an adrenaline-pumping game where players become elite soldiers on a mission to navigate a dark maze full of creatures.
Pack-A-Boom
Pack-A-Boom features a maze where players are tasked with collecting points, discovering treasures, dodging traps and outsmarting enemies.
Astro Ryders
Astro Ryders invites players to go on a mission, shooting aliens and solving puzzles to save humanity – this game is suitable for children aged 5-11 and other games are 13+.
The gameplay is simple but effective. You use a single handheld controller to interact with the games. The controller is very responsive and it makes it easy to control your character. In comparison to some other interactive gaming experiences, there is no need to put on a headset or to stand/sit in a special booth.
In this experience, all players stand in a 13ft x 13ft cube-shaped room which has three floor-to-ceiling displays so that you feel immersed in the game as you look forwards and to your left and right.
The games are all very well-made and they offer a truly immersive experience. The Fright Maze is particularly good and it’s sure to get your heart racing.
The graphics in Qbix GameCube are also very good. The games are all rendered in 3D and look great on the big screen. The sound effects are also very well-done and they really add to the immersive experience.
Overall, I was really impressed with Qbix GameCube. It’s a great way to spend an hour or two with friends or family. If you’re looking for a fun and immersive gaming experience, then I highly recommend checking it out.

Lanes Kitchen
After having a blast trying out the Qbix GameCube, we had a delicious at their restaurant. With options from their brunch and pizza menu, we were spoiled for choice.
Nick couldn’t resist the tempting flavours of the Breakfast Burrito. It featured soft scrambled eggs, potato hash, guacamole, Red Leicester cheese, and buffalo sauce, all wrapped in a toasted tomato tortilla. Served with a side of mouth-watering waffle fries, it was a satisfying delight.
As for me, I opted for the indulgent Monte Cristo. Thick-cut brioche French toast, generously layered with melted mozzarella and Red Leicester cheese, filled with savoury ham and oozing Emmental cheese. Accompanied by crispy waffle fries, it was a taste sensation.
We couldn’t get enough of the waffle fries; they were simply amazing and added an extra touch of deliciousness to our dishes.
For the little ones, Bella chose the Chargrilled Chicken Wrap from the kids’ menu. It came with a tortilla wrap filled with chicken, mayo, and lettuce, served with skinny fries, carrot and cucumber sticks, and cherry tomatoes. To complete her meal, she enjoyed a refreshing glass of apple juice and savoured a delectable Warm Chocolate Brownie topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Sienna, on the other hand, opted for a classic Cheeseburger from the kids’ menu. Featuring a juicy 4oz burger patty with Monterey Jack cheese, and crisp lettuce, all nestled within a toasted bun. Served alongside skinny fries, carrot and cucumber sticks, and cherry tomatoes, Sienna paired her meal with a refreshing apple juice and a delightful vanilla milkshake.
To accompany our meal, Nick and I enjoyed a warm cup of coffee, while I added a refreshing cranberry juice to complement the flavours. We were pleased to find that the meal was not only tasty but also affordable, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, the food at All Star Lanes White City was great leaving us fully satisfied!

LOOKS FUN
Wow, that looks a load of fun!
I’m loving all these immersive experiences that are starting to happen. Hoping we get one near us soon! This looks like huge fun!
It looks like fun and I liked your post but with prices “from £9 per person” I’d like them to give a bit more information about the pricing structure (e.g. how long do you get?) especially as you’ve put games can be short, under cons. I went on the website linked and despite me not being “ready to book”, the only place to find anything more was there but still not much more info, only that the booking is in half hour time slots. If I were to be spending the best part of £50 for a family of four, I’d want it to be at least a whole morning or afternoon, if not the whole day.
Nothing beats a great family day out! This looks like so much fun!
This looks like fun for all the family, must see if one is near me
