Slimpod Gold from Thinking Slimmer Giveaway

amomentwithfranca · 27 February 2016 · 19 Comments

As most of you know I have been testing the Slimpod Gold Programme for some weeks now. It is a programme that works when you listen to a pod for 9 minutes every day. You can download this audio straight to your phone using an App so it is very easy and simple to use. The repetition is what triggers your unconscious and starts helping you to make better choices in term of food so you can be healthier and thinking yourself slimmer. The lovely people from Thinking Slimmer are giving me the opportunity to do a giveaway where you can also get a Slimpod Gold Programme worth £137. Isn’t this fantastic guys? So now one of my lovely readers will be able to test this programme too!! Hurrah!!

Gold Programe Slimpod Giveaway FI

This programme includes three life-changing podcasts:

THE SLIMPOD will change the way you feel about food and yourself. You’ll want to eat less and will find yourself instinctively moving towards healthier choices and away from the unhealthy food – without even thinking about it. Your feelgood factor will return and it’ll be here to stay because confidence starts in the mind.

THE CHILLPOD stressbuster will dramatically reduce or end emotional or comfort eating – and if sugary food and carbs are your stress response they’ll reduce, too!

THE FITPOD motivator empowers you to move more and enjoy exercise in a way you’ve never done before. You’ll feel energised from the inside out.

PLUS you get a wealth of additional benefits including education, advice and help with nutrition, eating, stress management and fitness.  You’ll enjoy the benefits of being guided gently through a three-phase programme, step by step at a pace to suit yourself.

I’m obese have been for 19 years. I’m also a type 2 diabetic on several tablets and running out of options b4 it turns to insulin injections. I also suffer from mental health issues so being on a diet and eating right is difficult. I desperately want to lose weight for 3 reasons. 1 is for myself as I’m tired of being unhealthy. 2 is my sister is getting married in Feb 2017 and I am maid of honour and I want to look good. And 3 is because I’m going on a 14day trip to Mexico in November 2016 and I want to have fun. I’ve started to go to aqua aerobics and swimming inbetween but I find eating right and healthy so hard that I need help with it. I think this Slimpod Gold program might be ideal for me and will aid me to achieve my goals. It sounds very interesting 😀

I’ve been a yo yo dieter since my teens. I lose weight but it never stays off. Right now I’m heavier than when I was pregnant & it’s a horrid feeling. If this gives me motivation then I’m all for it!

I put on weight when I had my son 14 years ago, but lost most of it through exercise, but then found out I had a dislocated knee cap. Unfortunately the operation to mend it didn’t go to plan & I can no longer exercise so put on a lot of weight. I have tried to alter my diet but I do tend to snack a lot. I’ve lost 2 stone but need some help shifting the rest. This looks like a good start.

I am a classic yo-yo dieter, I’m constantly losing weight and then gaining it again and then losing it again etc etc! I haven’t got very good habits when it comes to food, I either eat too much or too little…I would love to try this to see if it really could change my actual thinking when it comes to my diet!

I had an accident back in october 2015 that left me with ‘drop foot’ which meant i can’t walk properly, i also damaged my spine which is affecting my other leg. It is a very long, slow process of recovery and sadly during this time the weight has piled on. I’m very frustrated by this but am now exercising gently daily building up weekly. This would be such a help to me.

Ive been on a diet for the last 20 years and ive always yo-yo dieted. Currently I’m not eating bread for lent however i think I have just replaced all the bread I usually eat for sweet and crisps – Im sure when I weigh myself next week I won’t have lot a lb. I live in hope though and summer is round the corner its always easier to get rd of a few lbs then.
