About Healthy Back Bag
The Healthy Back Bag is all about balance, a concept rooted in a unique collaboration between a leather craftsman, a chiropractor, and a doctor. This innovative partnership gave birth to a line of bags with a profound medical rationale behind their designs. Their mission? To make you feel like you are carrying less and living more! This brand focuses on crafting bags that prioritise ergonomic excellence. By seamlessly blending fashion with functionality, they have redefined the way we perceive bags. Each bag is not just a stylish accessory but a testament to their dedication to your well-being.
Endless Options: Different Models, Sizes, and Colours
The Healthy Back Bag offers a wide array of choices to cater to various needs. From the compact and convenient Baglett (B) perfect for essentials, to the larger Large Baglett (LB) ideal for evenings out, the options are tailored to suit every lifestyle. The Small (S) size, their most popular everyday choice, is spacious enough to hold daily essentials and even a mini umbrella. If you prefer a larger bag for day trips or sightseeing, the Medium (M) size is the perfect companion. For those in need of ample space, the Large (L) size accommodates overnight gear or gym kit, making it versatile for various activities.
The Herringbone S: A Perfect Blend of Style and Functionality
The bag I had the pleasure of trying out is the Herringbone S (small size), a classic sage green herringbone tweed that effortlessly elevates any outfit. Priced at £85, this bag is not just an accessory; it’s an investment in your comfort and well-being. The moment I received it, I was impressed by its thoughtful design and attention to detail.
Its ergonomic shape distributes weight evenly down the spine, significantly reducing strain on the neck, back, and shoulders.
Stylish Design and Practical Features
One of the standout features of the Herringbone S is its spacious interior. It boasts multiple pockets that are incredibly handy for keeping things organised. From a zipped & padded full-size internal security pocket for gadgets and valuables to exterior pockets for quick access, this bag ensures you never have to rummage through your belongings again. The double zip design not only provides easy access to your essentials but also adds an extra layer of security, ensuring your belongings are always safe. The adjustable non-slip shoulder strap offers personalised comfort, allowing you to wear the bag cross-body both ways or on either shoulder.
The charm of Sage Green Herringbone Tweed
The Herringbone S, in its classic sage green herringbone tweed, exudes an air of sophistication and charm. This timeless colour choice is not only trendy but also incredibly versatile, especially during this cosy season. It effortlessly complements various outfits, making it an ideal accessory for everyday use, weekend walks, and social outings with friends. The bag’s aesthetic appeal is heightened by the subtle herringbone pattern, adding a touch of elegance to its overall design.
The Healthy Back Bag’s Unique Selling Points
What truly sets Healthy Back Bag apart from other options in the market is its focus on health and comfort. The ergonomic shape of the bag ensures it hugs the natural curve of your back, distributing weight evenly down the spine. This thoughtful design reduces strain on your neck, back, and shoulders, making it an excellent choice for individuals seeking a bag that not only looks good but also feels good to wear.

I have liked the look of Healthy back bag for some time but not actually tried one out yet!
Wendy Lam-Vechi says
I think it’s great that a bag is finally designed for comfort rather than style. A lot of backpacks I wear hurts my shoulder. Without inside compartments, things roll side to side, causing more weight on one shoulder than the other. Also things stick on onto the spine which causes discomfort so I am excited to see how this bag can eliminate all of that
Diana says
I would love to try one of these. I always struggle with backpacks
Jessica Barber says
Backpacks are such a convenient way to carry stuff but can be so poorly designed for back health! These look absolutely fantastic and so needed!
Kirsti Peters says
I haven’t yet found my healthy back bag, but I love the idea and the look of them. I suffer a lot with back pain and I’m a little round shouldered. I was thinking about a backpack but they look so clumsy and let’s face it…not very stylish but this could be the answer.
