We were sent some U Hugs Dolls from Flair to review, which I have never heard of before. They are now in Season 2 so it was strange that Bella has not mentioned them to me before. When I showed Bella the images of what we were going to be reviewing, she thought they were very cool and I think they are cool too. Very different for sure!
They sent us 2 dolls so we were able to have the full mix and match experience. When the dolls arrived, Bella was very excited to open them. They came in two cute plastic boxes!
WHAT ARE U HUGS DOLLS?
U Hugs Dolls are customisable dolls that come with interchangeable accessories so that you can personalise your doll to reflect your mood and personality. They are made from a soft plastic material very similar to the crocs material, with 16 holes for pins to customise your doll.
Your kids can have fun using the different pins, eyes, mouths, wigs, clothes and shoes to personalise their dolls. Each doll has their own style and the pins are interchangeable between dolls, so children can create their own unique doll too!
They have 6 different characters to collect : Sweety Robot, Time Off Elf, Snowy Girl, Thorny Flower, Lazy Hero, Cheeky Kitten! We received Snowy Girl and Thorny Flower.
SNOWY GIRL
The pins are unique with various finishes and each doll features a diamond pin on the top of their head as a unique symbol of the U Hugs family.
They have a compartment on their back to store all the accessories. I thought this was a great idea as it is very easy to get these things lost.
Each U Hugs doll comes with shoes featuring fashionable designs which you can also flip around to create a new style.
THORNY FLOWER
U Hugs allow children to create looks, moods and attitudes that they can call their own!
Since launching in Spring these dolls have gone crazy with over 20K followers on PopJam and they also have a huge YouTube following. It is amazing!
Each doll has its own exclusive accessories but you can swap them around with other U Hugs dolls and also buy additional pin packs so you have even more styles to choose from.
