But getting some gift inspiration can be so helpful. I know I sometimes struggle to buy gifts for Nick from the girls, and I am always open to ideas and suggestions so we can give him something he really wants to receive.

When looking for gifts for Nick, we were looking for something that will make him feel special. He loves nothing more than when the girls are spoiling and pampering him, especially if they offer him a head massage! This makes him so happy, and it is what he enjoys. It also makes some great memories for him and the girls as they can all enjoy spending time together.

I don’t know if I’d give a knee support as a gift, it’s something anyone might buy themselves if they needed it but to assume they need it is a bit rude and a reminder of getting feebler with age.
Hi Claire, thank you for your comment. I did state in my blog post that I chose the knee support for Nick as he has a knee injury and he was after one so he can carry on running. Of course, it is a personal choice and he was delighted with the option which means it was a great choise for a gift from the girls. I don’t think he felt this was rude at all. These are gifts that my girls chose for their dad and we thought to share them so other people might find them useful too. But you have a whole website full of different options for different likes and budgets from Boots 🙂

Ohh what great ideas. My dad is 73 and is quote difficult to buy for but actually doesn’t own a powerbank (and I wouldn’t have thought to get him one!). Also loving the knee support, made me laugh, my dad does have awful knees and suffers from arthritis. He could do with one!
