BABY Born Surprise Bathtub Surprise Dolls Review: My girls are big fans of BABY Born dolls. They always play with them and find so much fun in being ‘mummies’ to their dolls. I think this is so cute to watch. As you know, we recently reviewed the BABY Born surprise collection and they were super cute. So when we were sent the new BABY Born Surprise Bathtub Surprise doll, Bella and Sienna couldn’t wait to open it up and play with it and add this new addition to their collection. We also have great news for you.

Discovering our BABY Born Surprise Bathtub Surprise Dolls
The girls got everything over the table and brought some water. I asked them to choose which features they will be revealing each as I wanted both of them to take part in the unboxing process together.
Sienna chose to reveal her eyes first. So she brought a cotton pad and wet it. Then she wiped it over her eyes and we were able to see the colour of her eyes which were blue. Very pretty eyes.
Then, Bella chose to do the hair. She put cold water in the bath and added a lot of ice as the instructions say to use icy water. She then put the doll inside the bath and started pouring the icy water over her hair. We couldn’t see a massive change, to be honest, but we did see some quick change of colour while the water was still coming down the hair but it wasn’t long enough to appreciate it.
But the girls enjoyed seeing that although they would have loved it more if the change of colour would stay longer. Unless we did something wrong? I wonder if perhaps it needs more ice inside the bath. We will definitely try again to check out this feature.
With the accessories, comes a paper duck that you should put inside the water so it dissolves in there. Bella wanted to do this too, so she put it in the water and waited to see what happened. Once it dissolved, she could see a t-shirt for the doll. She unfastened the Velcro fastener on the back of the shirt to dress the doll. She looked very cool!
Then it was Sienna’s turn. We got 2 diapers for the doll to wear. She unfastened the Velcro fastener on the diaper’s side and place it on the doll. Then she fastened the hook and loop fasteners.
We also got a bottle too. She put some water inside the bottle and then put into the doll’s mouth. Then she fed her for a little bit. After that, the doll went potty! So Sienna unfastened the hook and loop fasteners on the sides to remove the diaper.
We all noticed it has changed and now it was looking like a proper poo there! It was fun to watch! She removed that and found inside a charm. When she cleaned the diaper it also revealed a colour change and a pattern. She added the charms to the chain on the bracelet. We got 2 diapers so Bella did the same to the other diaper and she got another charm. She added it to the bracelet too. It was looking very colourful.
They played for a while with the doll and the accessories. The girls loved the whole unboxing experience. It was a lot of fun. Just a shame we couldn’t work out the hair colour change but despite that, the girls are super happy with their new addition to their doll collection!
