Activities at Barracudas Activity Day Camps
With over 80 different activities to choose from, your kids surely will get stuck into something they really enjoy. Whether they’re a budding artist, scientist or loves sports, your kids will have a blast at Barracudas Camp.
All children are different, therefore the range of activities your child can choose from at Barracudas has been well thought out, making sure there is something for every child.
They have 4 different age groups depending on your kid’s ages, so they have 4.5-6 years, 7-10 years, 11-14 years and 13-14 years. My girls should fit in the 7-10 years old group. Checking the activities for this age group, my girls should be doing team building, bucketball, making lava, fencing, archery, den building, badminton, tennis, dodgeball, colour battle, aerobics, rive crossing, quad bikes among others.
There are 6 sessions per day at Barracudas, with a choice of activities for each one (due to COVID-19 restrictions, only 1 activity will be offered per session at Easter camps).
Barracudas Activity Day Camp – How much does it cost?
I was checking their prices and they have amazing offers at the moment. It is all incredibly reasonable. Looking at the nearest club to us, you can book a full week for £196 saving £43 per day, so it will cost you £39.20 per day. If you don’t want to book the whole week, a day will cost you from £37 to £46. It is really good, isn’t it? Considering all the activities that they will be doing and they will be there from 9:30 to 4:30 pm. So a whole day. They also have flexible hours so you can drop them earlier and pick them up later which will suit perfectly to a working parent time.
They also have multi days discounts benefiting from great savings up to a minimum of £20! They also accept childcare vouchers as well as tax-free childcare. Also, for £4 a day you can get a Flex booking which means that you can change your dates or cancel right up until the last working day before your child’s first day at camp in the week. Plus, if your child is ill and can’t attend, they will make up the days or refund you, your choice.
Barracudas Activity Day Camp – Benefits Kids will get from their Easter Camp
- New experiences
Activity camps are the perfect environment for kids to take part in something new. - Making friends
As most kids have not been able to attend their schools for a significant amount of time recently, they have missed seeing their friends. Barracudas activity camps are the perfect environment to meet new friends, face to face. - Continuing development
During the school holidays, activity camps are a great way for your kids to continue their development. - Keeping active
With more activities than you can shake a stick at, they’ll be jumping for joy. - Getting outdoors
Kids love to get outside for fun, but in the school holidays, it’s not always possible to get them out and about. Holiday clubs are a perfect place for this. - Building confidence
With the chance to try out new activities in a fun and relaxed environment, your kids may just find they have a particular skill or strength they didn’t know about previously, which will boost their confidence. - Improving mental health and well-being
Kids mental health and well-being have recently been identified as a key priority. The social interactions within groups and with their support staff are crucial at camp.

Wow, here’s another Pandemic change I hadn’t considered. Usually I looked forward to the children’s spring break. If my children were still young enough, I think I would be exasperated at it this year. I pray often for the children in school, or doing school remotely during the pandemic. Such an upside down year it has been. Hang in there!
