Bedroom Makeover with Yorkshire Linen

amomentwithfranca · 26 November 2015 · 16 Comments

A few weeks ago I wrote a post about a Moodboard I put together for a makeover of my master bedroom in collaboration with Yorkshire Linen. I had to pick some items from their website for the value up to £70. After publishing that post they sent the items I had picked, so I thought now was a good time to do the after look.

Yorkshire Linen - Bedroom Makeover FI

I decided to do something different for the “After Look”, so when I received the items, I thought it could be fun to film myself doing the whole makeover. Also, I thought it could be nice to see how the bed looks after putting all the new items. I hadn’t opened the product before making the video and changing the bed so it was really interesting to see how they looked.

The bed looks great Franca! It’s amazing how a little change to your soft furnishings completely change a room! Your cat scared me at the beginning with it’s swishy tail x

I have the same one as you! We have the same taste! Awesome. It does look great on the bed and I loved the golden pleats. Shame my hubby got a blood stain on our pillows 🙁 He had nose bleeds a lot and ruined it!

Love all the textures. Especially the quilted portion of the coverlet and the leaf throw pillow. So perfect! The color is great too. I love monochromatic neutrals in the bedroom.

Gorgeous, we’re looking for something exactly like that! I used to not bother with changing or decorating as I thought you needed loads of money to make a difference but that’s not true at all. Little changes really do help. Thanks for linking up to Marvellous Mondays, hope to see you again next week! Kaye xo #MarvMondays

✨Happy Friday✨.Did you have a good week? Unf ✨Happy Friday✨.Did you have a good week? Unfortunately, it wasn’t that good for us because the girls have been under the weather. Bella started first with a sore throat and high fever for a few days and then when Bella got better, Sienna started! She got a horrible cough but no temperature. Her cough was that bad that she couldn’t sleep very well for a couple of nights. They are both much better now and back to school.. The weather hasn’t helped either. It has been so cold lately! I literally feel frozen all the time. Thankfully it is looking better atm as the temperatures are starting to rise. I decided to get my flu vaccine, so I hope it protects me from all these viruses that are going around! Have you had the flu vaccine too? .On another note, I went yesterday to a parents meeting about GCSE options for Bella. I can’t believe she needs to think about it already ahead of Year 9. The time really goes fast. Are your kids dealing with GCSEs too?.📸 Sharing this beautiful bouquet of flowers from @freddiesflowers to brighten up our day.#flowerarrangement #flowerdelivery #bouquetofflowers #flowersmakemehappy #loveflowers #flowersoftheday #flowersoftheweek #flowerlover #freshflowers #flowerobsession #bunchofflowers #foreverflowers #flowersofinstagram #homesweethome
