The Summer is almost here and those planned and well deserved beach holidays are finally here and you are perhaps thinking about losing some weight or if you are not going away, you perhaps just want to be more active, look better and healthier. They have unlimited live and recorded classes that only last 30 minutes so that you can spend more time with your family, friends and doing the things you love while knowing that you are keeping fit & healthy. It is also great that you don’t have to feel stressed, rushed or guilty that you missed a class, all their live classes are recorded, so you can catch up in your own time.
During a live class if you share your camera with your Instructor, you can get direct feedback on your form and performance. It is also possible to attend live & interactive fitness & Yoga classes with or without a webcam, participants can only see the trainer, not each other. This is perfect if you want to get a workout in a complete privacy.
I find it very handy that you can access these classes anywhere that you can get an internet connection which will be very useful when you are on holiday or if you travel a lot. There is no excuse for not keeping up with your health & fitness.

No not heard of hey workout but it’s a great idea? Keep fit with cycling at the moment but like to learn yoga
Never heard of it before however loving the idea especially after having my baby in February this will help get me back on track

This sounds great! I mostly do aerobics DVDs – but you get sick of doing the same one again and again!
I have never heard of hey workout before but I love the sound of it with two young kids and my husband working shifts I can never commit to a programme of workouts in a gym
I’ve not heard of it before but it looks fab for a stay at home mum like me. My husband works most evenings so it’s virtually impossible for me to get to a gym.

I only read about them this morning – it sounds like the perfect solution- I would love to attend fitness classes but I never seem to be able to fit it in, but by using the recorded work outs I could fit this in around the kids schedules
