I have mentioned our love of Jacadi before, after we attended the launch of their new store in Westfield London last year. It seems that they keep expanding, so this year we were delighted to be invited to the opening of their new store in Richmond. They had a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed evening so Bella was really excited to go.
Jacadi is well known for their delightful French-style with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. They have sizes from 0 to 12 years old which is fantastic and their AW16 collection is inspired by France’s artistic and cultural heritage.

As soon as we arrived we saw a massive chocolate fountain. Bella went straight there when she saw it! To be honest, I was also behind her following her as I also was really keen to try some of it! 😉 There was also an Oompa Loompa greeting us who was very friendly and chatty.
They had marshmallows, strawberries, mini doughnuts, mini brownies, biscuits and lots of sweets! I was already thinking about the sugar rush that Bella would have that night, LOL, but we both enjoyed it a lot!
While Bella was happy having all those treats, I decided to go around and explore their new collection. I went straight to check the girl’s section. They had a beautiful collection for girls this year. I was loving all the colours. Very pretty.
I don’t have boys but I did a little browse there too and all the clothes were really nice. I love their blazers and jumpers which also have some colours on them and their smart check print shirts too.
Their traditional shift dresses and blazers deliver understated graceful style, while animal motifs and splashes of neon give Jacadi classics a contemporary update. The collection brings freshness and playfulness into children’s fashion.
I also checked their shoe collection. They really have a beautiful and traditional range. They have their Pre-Walker Collection for the 7 to 13 month-old child, the Walker Collection for the 12 to 24 month-old child and the Child Collection (sizes 24 to 39) for children age 2 years and up.
They also have a baby collection with easy-to-wear dresses; baby grows and must-have pinafores. This season they have cashmere and corduroy with scalloped edging and Peter Pan collars for additional French flair. They will also introduce the Mademoiselle Jacadi range to the Richmond store, featuring the brand’s iconic styles inspired by the French indulgent taste of childhood as well as nautical stripes and florals for a pre-teen range.
The Richmond Jacadi store also has a wide selection of Jacadi’s nursery range, including must-have accessories and nursery furniture such as changing bags, bed linen, cots and charming cuddly toys
We were given a nice goody bag which included a voucher to spend at the store so I thought that this time I was going to get a nice dress for Bella. After browsing different options we went for a very nice pleated dress in light grey. It is crafted with a crew neck silhouette and cozy long sleeves. It also has silver shank buttons to fasten at the back of the neck.
I thought the dress was gorgeous. Bella tried it at home and she loves it. Actually, she loves it that much that she has worn it 3 times already! I’m so pleased that we got her a dress that she likes so much.
We had a great time at the Jacadi Richmond store. We really like their new collection and the entertainment for the evening was fantastic. I think Bella ate the whole chocolate fountain, LOL! I would like to say THANK YOU so much to Jacadi for inviting us to this launch party.
Have you bought from Jacadi before? What do you think of their latest collection? Is there something that caught your eye that perhaps you’d like to buy? Please leave a comment below as I would love to read what you think.
