Welcome back to #KCACOLS. I hope you are all well! We had 51 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
I can’t believe that Half Term is over as well as Halloween! So now we are seriously counting down to Christmas! All the Christmas adverts are now out. There are so many! Which one is your favourite? My girls spent a few days at their Grandparents during the half term which was nice for Nick and I. We took advantage of this and had a movie night. We went to watch A Star is Born which was amazing! What a great movie. The songs are fantastic! I keep listening to the soundtrack album every day!
We also attended a few events during the last couple of weeks. We went to Ichiba in Westfield and enjoyed some lovely Japanese food. They gave us a tour which was lovely. We also went to the multimedia screening of Nativity Rocks. This movie is great! I recommend you to take your kids. You will all have a great time! I also went to the Speed networking at the World Travel Market. It was my first experience. It was interesting. Finally today we had a fun family outdoor photoshoot using Splento services. It was very sunny this morning so the colours were gorgeous!
Each link up, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:

*INTRODUCING AQUA CARPATICA KIDS* - #ADVERT My girls are super active. They have so much energy and because of that they get very dehydrated and they need lots of water. It is so important that they drink plenty to keep them going through the day and equally important is that that they are able to drink 100% pure water. . We have recently been introduced to AQUA Carpatica Kids @aquacarpatica which is drawn from a pristine and pure aquifer, nestled deep in the heart of the untouched Carpathian Mountains. Just thinking about this beautiful area makes me think how amazing and pure this water must be! . AQUA Carpatica’s source is protected from chemicals, fertilizers, CFCs and other contaminants, meaning it is simply as mineral water should be: pure, virtually nitrate free, extremely low in sodium, with low mineral content and containing natural electrolytes. Hurrah for that! . The bottles have been specially designed for little hands as they are spill proof with an ingenious one-way valve. They come in eight playful designs which are great fun for little ones. My girls love them and love the taste which means they are drinking even more water! This is for sure a complete success! 😃 . They are available from Wholefoods, Ocado and WHSmith . Do you worry that your kids are not drinking enough water? #WaterLove #NaturesMostPerfectwater #water

*TRYING HEALTHY PUMPKIN RECIPES FOR HALLOWEEN* - #Ad We have been challenged by @aldiuk together with the @dailymail to try an experiment at home to see if our girls can be excited about eating healthy during Halloween season and to see whether pumpkin carving with my girls would help them to be more open to the thought of eating pumpkin and squash. This is always an issue because Halloween is generally associated with sweets and chocolates! It is inevitable! . We accepted the challenge because we thought it could be interesting to see if we can see any changes in them. . We did the whole process with the girls since the start, so we bought the pumpkins and ingredients to cook 3 pumpkin recipes from the leftovers after carving the pumpkins. We prepared pumpkin fries, pumpkin pizza and pumpkin soup. Our favourite was pumpkin soup. We all had lots of fun carving pumpkins and cooking pumpkin recipes. . I have written a blog post about this experience so please check it out here ( https://www.amomentwithfranca.com/can-halloween-make-your-kids-healthy ) or by clicking the link in my bio. We have also been featured on Mail Online where they mentioned us as well as 2 other mummy bloggers. You can check out that article here ( https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/food/article-6329519/Halloween-recipes-Mummy-bloggers-make-healthy-pumpkin-snacks.html ) . Have your kids tried any pumpkin recipes? #halloween #pumpkin #healthyeating #food #pumpkinrecipes #familytime

Well, today has been a pretty good day! We made some pizzas, went for a walk, got some treats for kids in shop and had a cosy late afternoon at home afterwards ❤️ Perfect first day of half term. Todays walk was so lovely. It was a sunny day but chilly, I love that kind of weather. Easy to wear a cosy jumper and a thick winter coat too 😍 and absolutely loving the trees and bushes with no leaves 😍 can you tell that I love this season? 🙊😂 • • • #littlesnippetsofus #lifecloseup #developinglife #kcacols #rememberingthesedays #myeverydaylife #themagicineveryday #oureverydaycapture #mrshinchmademedoit #mrshinchcleaning #playfreemylove #myhappycapture #rawmotherhood #whatmykidwore #motherhoodalive #motherhoodlife #channelmum #channelmumvillage #thismamalife #thisparentlife

NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:
We had 51 link ups. We have 2 posts that I couldn’ check the commenting properly because one is down and the other one hasn’t approved all its comments yet so despite these 2 posts all remaining posts got 4 comments or more which is great! Thank you so much for being so AWESOME and commenting so much!
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 8 people on Thursday. After adding the Reminder list to the Thank You email, we managed to reduce this list to 6 by Saturday. I wish we have reduced it more. But overall it is good to have a small number.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, CAROL @AllSortsHere and BECKA @BeckasBubble and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
