Welcome back to #KCACOLS. I hope you are all well! We had 36 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
The past 2 weeks I have been focusing on my health so I have been trying to eat better, be more active, get my iron supplement every day and use my daily nasal spray. And guess what? I feel much better now. My iron has definitely improved because I feel my energy is improving. I can highly recommend Spatone liquid. It is gentle to my stomach and it does the job pretty well. I need to take it for about 3 months to restore to the original level. Also, I stopped taking daily antihistamines tablets! Hurrah! That is a massive improvement! Since I am taking the daily nasal sprays, I don’t need them anymore.
We have also been busy organising Bella’s birthday. She turns 9 next Monday but we are celebrating it at KidZania on Sunday. We are having 16 kids so I need to gather all my energy reserves for that day, LOL. I know it will be crazy but definitely worth it. This is the only thing she is talking about! Bless her.
Each link up, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:

✨LEARNING TO LOVE MATHS THANKS TO SMARTICK✨- [AD-GIFTED] Maths is not a subject I am personally good at. I guess I am okay but it wasn't one of my favourite subjects when I was at school. I guess I never learnt to love it really. I thought my girls would be the same. But recently, I was approached by @smartickmethod to trial their online maths programme for my girls. Smartick is an online Artificial Intelligence (AI) based programme for children from the ages of 4 to 14. By having your child log in for 15 minutes per day, the algorithm decides on the questions based on how well your child did in their last session. Bella has dyscalculia so maths has been hard for her but this programme takes into account kids with special needs so we were able to add this to her profile and she got more time to resolve her daily exercises. Sienna is only 4 so her knowledge of maths is small so she is just starting the programme. Both my girls have been doing this programme for a month now and I am extremely surprised to see my girls asking every day to do their 15 mins exercises. 😱 I never thought this would happen but they are actually enjoying it and starting to love maths which was something I thought would never happen. 😃 I have published a blog post with our thoughts so please check it out here https://www.amomentwithfranca.com/smartick-a-fantastic-math-programme-for-kids-25-discount-code if you are intrigued about it. Or by clicking the link in my bio. ✨DISCOUNT CODE✨also they offer a 15 day trial but if after trying it, your kids love it like my girls, then you can get a 25% discount using the code Franca25. 🙌🏻 Do your kids struggle at Maths? #SmartickMethod #learning #mathematics #smartick

✨SLEEPING LIKE A BABY✨ - AD If you watch our stories regularly, you would probably know about our journey of getting the perfect mattress. 🛏 Nick and I needed a new mattress for so long and now thanks to @dreams_beds we were able to find and choose the perfect mattress. 🙌🏻 Dreams has on display at selected stores their fantastic Sleep Match technology service where you can go and lay there with your partner (or on your own) and wait for 3 minutes until you see the results for both of you. I thought this was fantastic! 👏🏻 We were also in need of a new bed base so we decided to buy one to go with our new mattress when we visited their store in Staples Corner. We love our bed too because it has storage underneath which is something that we desperately needed. 🛏 We have been sleeping on our new mattress for a few weeks now and we both have been sleeping like babies 👶 I even have been dreaming again! 😴 Check out my latest blog post to find out all our journey of finding our perfect mattress here https://www.amomentwithfranca.com/dreams-sleep-match-technology-why-you-should-try-it-too or by clicking the link in my bio. 😊 ✨Swipe left to see our mattress and bed base, and also check the "Dreams" highlight to watch how the sleep match technology works.✨ When was the last time that you changed your mattress? How often do you do that? #sleepmatch #mydreamsbed #dreamsbeds #mattress

We had only 36 link ups. We did better than the last linkup so it is nice to see we are improving for this new linkup. We had 20 posts that needed more comments on Thursday. And by today we managed to reduce it to 2 posts. Hurrah! That was a fantastic turn round! We did a huge reduction! Thank you guys for bringing back and up the commenting! That was really lovely!
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 10 people on Thursday. By Saturday morning we reduced this number to 5. I would have hoped for a smaller number but well we managed to reduced half of it which is still okay.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).
GUEST CO-HOSTS FROM THE PREVIOUS LINK UP
GUEST CO-HOSTS FOR THIS LINK UP
My first guest co-host this week is SARAH from Mummykind. This is the second time that Sarah is co-hosting with us. She helped us last year in August. It has been a year I think since she joined us for the first time and since then she has been very kind to support this linky. Mummykind is a parenting blog that has been created by seven first time mummies, with seven beautiful babies. Sarah is the one that linkup with us on their behalf. They aim to increase awareness and support for mental health generally and specific issues relating to parents so they can point people to other organisations providing help and support. They also work with and promote mental health charities so that they can help more people. Finally, they also share honest, truthful experiences of parenting. Please give them some love on their social media accounts which are (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, & Pinterest). She will also be retweeting your tweets this week so please add her twitter handle (@mummykindoff) to your tweets as well as mine. Finally, she has a guest co-host post, Review: Chaffree Knickerboxers During Pregnancy linked up too. Please if you could go there and add a comment it would be AWESOME!
My second guest co-host this week is EMMA from Me and B Make Tea. Emma has co-hosted many times and she has been featured and mentioned lots of times too. She has recently had a gorgeous baby boy so she is now a mother of 2 boys. She blogs about fun food ideas, days out, random thoughts and the bits in between! She is happily married and she is lucky to live nearby the beach. Please give her some love to her social media accounts which are (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest). She will also be retweeting your tweets this week so please add her twitter handle (@meandbmaketea) to your tweets as well as mine. Finally, she has a guest co-host post, No, You Don’t Need to Do it All on Maternity Leave! linked up too. Please if you could go there and add a comment it would be AWESOME!

FEATURED POSTS – TOP 6
For this week’s linky I am linking up Smartick – A Fantastic Math Programme For Kids & 25% Discount Code and Dreams Sleep Match Technology – Why You should Try It Too so I hope you like them! 😉
Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, SARAH @mummykindoff and EMMA @queerxfamily and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
