Welcome back to #KCACOLS. I hope you are all well! We had 30 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
Having my girls away for a few days during the holidays really helped me so I was able to focus on myself and build that energy back that I was lacking. The iron sachets that I am taking every morning with fresh orange juice is now helping me and I feel much better. I tried to go for long walks, getting advantage of the lovely weather we had and changed my diet to eat food that will help me to absorb iron. It is working but I know I need even more time to get to where I was initially.
I also had an appointment today at St Marys Hospital to check my allergy problems. I have been suffering from allergies for a long time and when I have attacks nothing seems to stop them for 24 hrs! It’s awful. They did a test to see what allergies I had. And guess what the doctor said to me? He said that I have NO ALLERGIES! I was like, what? How can this be possible if I have these horrible attacks? I was so confused! He said that I have a Nonallergic Rhinitis and that I need to use a nasal spray every day! So strange! I will have to investigate more about this but I hope the sprays help.
The girls had a lovely time away and they enjoyed every single minute! We met them during the long Easter weekend and we all had a lovely time together. Having a sunny weekend really made a difference. I read the other day that someone was comparing Easter with Christmas but in the sunshine! LOL, I thought it was quite accurate! My girls went back to school on Thursday so it was a very long holiday period so now I am glad we are back to our normal routine.
Each link up, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:

✨GETTING CREATIVE WITH OUR CREATIVE-TONIE BLANK✨ - [AD] Happy Easter Sunday! Hope you are having a lovely day! 🐣 Last year we were introduced to @tonies_uk when my girls enjoyed recording their own stories and then listening back to them. They are so much fun and there are so many different Tonies to listen to wonderful stories with. 🙌🏻 This time we were challenged to transform a Creative-Tonie Blank into a classic Easter character using glitter, feathers, felt tips, stickers and more. ✨ We accepted the challenge knowing this would be a lot of fun. We received our Creative-Tonie Blank and the girls decided to transform him into an Easter bunny. 🐰 We got paint, pom poms, feathers, glitter, sequins, shaped foams and easter chickens to help with our transformation. 🌈 Bella chose purple for the main outfit colour. Sienna found 2 bunny ears shaped from the foam which were perfect to transform our Tonie into an Easter bunny. 🐰 We painted the ears red and pink. Bella used a pink pom pom as a tail which looked great and we also added a rounded pink foam in the belly and to make it even more fabulous we added glitter 😃 And the last touch was a shiny pink star sequin we put at the back of the head! We love our transformation! The girls really enjoyed getting creative and now they will record new stories about Easter with their new Easter Bunny Creative-Tonie! 🙌🏻 What do you think of our Tonie transformation? Swipe left to see more photos. Also check out my stories for more action! 😃 #mytoniemoment #toniesuk #tonies #creativetonies #easter #eastercrafts

⚡️FEELING MUCH BETTER TODAY⚡️ As you know from previous posts I haven’t felt very well lately and the reason of that was my very low iron. I have been taking iron supplements since last Friday to help boost my energy. I was feeling very down lately because I wasn’t feeling any difference at all. In fact, combined with my allergy problems (something for another post) I was getting worse. But well the thing is that I was very upset because I couldn’t see an improvement. I know it can take 2 to 3 weeks to kick in but I was feeling worse instead of better. But today, I tried to change that feeling and wanted to do something about it. So if you have seen my stories from today you probably know that I decided to get myself out of the house. I just don’t know where the energy came from but I managed to do the longest and most beautiful walk. 😊 I forgot how lovely it is to go out for a walk. I love Spring because you can see all those beautiful flowers blooming. And I was admiring all the gorgeous flowers out there. It was lovely. 🌷 I also managed to disconnect from my laptop and phone while I was out and managed to think a lot too. How important is that? I really felt much better after that! Breathing the fresh air gave me hope and I just got some energy back. Hurrah! 💪🏻 Sometimes it is better to be proactive than just wait for a change. We are the drivers of our own life so we should always take some actions! You would be surprised with the things you can achieve if you put your mind to it. ✨ So yes I am so happy I did that and I feel much better today! Fingers crossed this energy keeps growing for longer! What do you do when you feel down? How do you manage to change that feeling? #walking #feelingbetter #makingchanges #boostingenergy #lowiron

HAPPY EASTER 🐣 . Hope you’ve had a day as fun-filled as we have 😊 . The fires are still smoking on #ilkleymoor and we’ve heard today that three people have been arrested for arson which is just ridiculously sad to think someone could do such a mindless act and put so many lives in danger 😞 . . . . . . #ilkley #eastersunday #easter2019 #eastersunday2019 #easterbunny #boltonabbey #eastertrail #summerkids #pblogger #ilkleymoorfire #yorkshirebloggers #kcacols

NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:
First, I would like to say Thank You so much to all of you that left lovely comments on the previous linky post after I asked for your thoughts about the future of this linky. I just wanted to say that all those kind words really lift my spirit and gave me hope that we can carry on with this linky. As long as you are happy and willing to take part and enjoy the community that we have, I am happy to be your host for longer.
We had only 30 link ups. It is sad that we are having fewer linkers but as I said above I will keep running the linky so let’s hope this change and we have more people joining us. But what really put a smile in my face is that the number of posts that needed more comments was reduced a lot this time. We had 4 posts that needed more comments on Thursday. And by today we managed to reduce it to 2 posts. That is definitely a big improvement and one of these posts hasn’t even had their comments approved so that would have been reduced to 1. Thank you guys for bringing back and up the commenting! That was really lovely!
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 4 people on Thursday. By Saturday morning we reduced this number to 2 which is good. So overall this was a much better linkup. So thanks again for your support! 🙂
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

FEATURED POSTS – TOP 6
For this week’s linky I am linking up Rollplay Nighthawk: Having A Blast With This Super Cool Ride-on Toy and The #SNAPSTAR Girls – New Influencer Dolls so I hope you like them! 😉
Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, ANN @rainbowsaretoo and BREAD @queerxfamily and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
