Hello and welcome back to #KCACOLS. I hope you are all well! We had 48 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
Good Morning! I am sat at the moment on the bed of a hotel room with my family in Southhampton getting ready to go to an event at Peppa Pig World. We travelled last night from London so we don’t have to rush this morning. After the event, we will travel again towards Somerset where the in-laws will be so we can celebrate Bella’s birthday on Sunday! I can’t believe she will be 8! Wow! So as you can see this weekend will be a little bit busy but we love travelling so it will be great!
The last couple of weeks have been fun. After coming back from the Isle of Wight, I was so exhausted that I couldn’t attend a few events I was invited to that week. But I did go to a great screening organised by Channel Mum. It was a private screening of Tully. OMG, this movie is so emotional. I felt upset and cried. I think any women with kids will feel very identified with it. If you have chance, go and watch it!
I was also working with the SSE Women’s FA Cup and we have done lots of activities for them. One was to be able to hold the trophy before the final. That was super cool to do. And last weekend we went to the final between Arsenal and Chelsea. We loved it! The girls had so much fun. We were in a box and had VIP treatment so we were so amazed by it all. With over 45,000 attending it is so nice to see how women’s football has grown so much. I loved seeing so many little girls excited about the game. That teaches you that gender is not important. You can do anything you are passionate about no matter who you are!
Each link up, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:
WOMENS FA CUP FINAL MATCH - #Ad We cannot wait to go to the @ssewomensfacup final match next Saturday 5th May at Wembley Stadium (17.30 Kick-off). You can see from the photo how excited we are! We are all practicing our poses and cheers for the teams (we don't have a favourite) as we want to enjoy the game itself, so we have decided to cheer them both! 🙂 I love to get my girls involved in football and to show them that this is a sport for all. They love playing with the ball, so I am very happy to encourage it. I am sure that attending an exciting and important match like this, my girls will feel what daddy feels every time he is watching his team Aston Villa, LOL! This match is so special not only because it is the FA cup final match and at Wembley but because it is a match between Chelsea v Arsenal two amazing teams! How cool is that? I feel so happy to be able to show my girls what that they can achieve regardless of gender. They don't need to be boys to be professional footballers! I love that the times are changing and women’s football is getting a bigger profile! So if you fancy watching the final and supporting #womensfootball you can get tickets here https://bit.ly/2JzzTvc or by clicking on my bio! or even better go and check my stories so you can Swipe Up to get tickets there too. Also KIDS CAN ATTEND THE FINAL FOR FREE! Hurrah for that! 🎉 Are you supporting #womensfootball? Are you going to the final?
FAMILY TIME WITH REGATTA OUTDOORS AT ROOKLEY COUNTRY PARK If you have had the chance to check my stories during the weekend you will know that we spent the weekend in a lakehouse at Rookley Country Park on the Isle of Wight. It is such a lovely place to stay with your family (more of our stay will be follow in another post). Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very kind to us and we had lots of rain and cooler weather for this time of the year. In April you expect to see a little more sun and warmth, especially after the hot weather we recently had. Well, thankfully we were very well equipped with clothes from @regattaoutdoors . They kindly sent us a few outfits to wear during our family adventure weekend! I must say we were all super pleased with what we got! We have been fans of this brand for a few years now and we love that we can find everything we need for the whole family for our days out meaning we can always have fun outdoors no matter the weather. We got jackets, sweaters, shorts, gilets, tops and trainers! We all looked pretty cool too! Their prices are very affordable and best of all they often have special offers and promotions! I will be sharing my blog post with all the details of the clothes so keep an eye out for that. In the meantime I am sharing a few photos of us wearing some of our clothes! 🙂 x Have you bought clothes from Regatta Outdoors? #RegattaGreatOutdoors #RookleyCountryPark #IsleofWight #familytrip #travellingwithkids #familyclothes

Thank you so much for using the #KCACOLS hashtag on Instagram for all your photos. It is lovely to see your photos there! I am so excited that we have more than 10k photos that have used the hashtag! I am thrilled! I would love it if more of you could use the hashtag for your photos and of course it would be even better if we all also spread some love there! I am featuring 1 photo from the community that has caught my eye since the last link up. This time I’m featuring JULIE from Sleeping Through Yet. See her photo below:

NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
We had 48 link ups and about 16 posts needed more comments. By Saturday we reduced this number to 7. It is nice to see that we managed to reduce a fair amount. I am away this weekend so it has been difficult to chase people. But from these 7 posts they all have 3 comments which is great! So 41 posts got 4 or more comments which is fantastic!
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 15 people on Friday morning. By Saturday we managed to reduce this to 11 people which is not great! I have not had the chance to chase yet but I will do as soon as the linky is out when I have spare time. But I am sure you know who you are so if you remember not commenting, please do it now.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, CHRISTY @welshmumofone and LAURA @fivelittledove5 and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting your posts!! 🙂
