Welcome back to #KCACOLS. We had 40 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
We have had 2 busy weeks. We have done a few interesting things. We went to a candy workshop where we learnt how to make candy. We ended up with candy for a year, LOL! I went to a lovely event at the Langham Hotel for an intimate dessert-making class organised by Giovanna Fletcher as she was launching her new gifting collection. It was lovely. After this, I went to an AO event in where Great British Bake Off finalist Kim Joy did a baking session. It was very impressive.
The following day, a friend and I went to a new exhibition at the Design Museum. It was about Moving to Mars. It was fascinating. I highly recommend you go to see it. We all went to the first skating session at the Natural History Museum. For the first time, it is open during the Half Term. I also went to their VIP launch in the night with a friend and we had the best time. During Half Term we attended an awesome LEGO workshop that we really enjoyed. And we did the City of London Children’s Trail which was so much fun. We discovered so many different places in the City. It was a great experience.
Each linkup, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:

AD-GIFTED ✨𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙎𝙏 𝙎𝙆𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙎𝙀𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝘼𝙏 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙉𝘼𝙏𝙐𝙍𝘼𝙇 𝙃𝙄𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙍𝙔 𝙈𝙐𝙎𝙀𝙐𝙈 𝙄𝘾𝙀 𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙆 𝙄𝙉 𝙇𝙊𝙉𝘿𝙊𝙉 ✨ Well, I never thought I would mention Christmas before Halloween was out of the way but London is already getting festive this year. You know Christmas is approaching when you see the @natural_history_museum ice rink ready for the season. 🌲 This Ice Rink is the most beautiful one in London. Set against the iconic backdrop of one of London’s best-loved landmarks which makes your skating session just a dream! 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙪𝙢 𝙄𝙘𝙚 𝙍𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙛-𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠. It is the perfect outdoor activity for all the family. ⛸ We were invited to the 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣! We were super excited to be the first ones to try their sparkling rink which is topped off with their 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 30𝙛𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙚! It is just stunning. 😃 We arrived promptly and got our skates on. Sienna needed a penguin aid as she is still learning to skate. Bella brought a friend so had the best time during the session. We have been skating here for the past few years and we have never been able to stay for the whole hour but now that the girls are getting older they are getting better at it and are happy to stay on the whole time. 👏🏻 Bella was amazing! I honestly was surprised to see how good she is at it. She has improved so much. Even little Sienna was much better this year. We all had a blast! We took lots of pictures. Swipe left for more photos and check my NHM highlight to see how we went on.⛸ After the session, we went to their 𝘾𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧 for hot chocolate and cake. OMG, their hot chocolate tasted like heaven! 😋 If you are in London and fancy a skating session with the amazing NHM as a backdrop please do. It is an amazing experience. 🙌🏻 𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙠𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙃𝙈 𝙄𝙘𝙚 𝙍𝙞𝙣𝙠 b𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚? ⛸ #naturalhistorymuseum #iceskatinglondon #prettylondon #nhmicerink #visitlondon

AD✨𝙇𝙀𝙂𝙊 𝙍𝙀𝘽𝙐𝙄𝙇𝘿𝙀𝙍 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙆𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙋✨ Today we went to the Southbank Centre to attend the London @LEGO Rebuilder Workshop in partnership with @LondonNationalParkCity. I was super excited to see my girls unlock their limitless imagination. I can never guess what they are going to create next. My girls got hands-on with LEGO bricks to come up with solutions to three real-life challenges to make the world a fun, better and more playful place through the endless possibilities of their imagination. There is no right or wrong answer, just the opportunity to see what rebuilding a world with endless possibilities looks like. Bella came up with a cool Dog Pond creation and Sienna came up with a Forest Park creation. Both creations were ideas they wanted to put forward to make London a better, more green city and to make people happier. They really had so much fun building and the results were so cute. They also met LEGO ambassador David Pallash, Alice Roberts from the National Park City, inventor Dominic Wilcox and architect Dara Huang. Bella loved Dara’s speech and asked for a photo with her. Swipe left to see more photos from the workshop. This workshop was so much fun! I was happy to see my girls so involved with their creations. I thought it was great because it was an outlet to develop their creative problem-solving skills in a fun way. NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:
We had 40 linkups! On Friday we had 11 posts that needed more comments. Today we reduced this number to 5. I am happy to see that we reduced this number. So 35 posts had more than 4 comments which is great. Thank you!
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 10 people on Thursday. Today, we managed to reduce this number to 4 people. I am glad we manage to reduce both numbers. Thanks, guys for commenting.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, ALI @weirdoA and JADE @theautismpage and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
