Welcome back to #KCACOLS. We had 37 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
Please remember that this linky is all about commenting hence the reward of being featured. I cannot chase people individually. That is why I send the “Thank You Email” so people can check the list and also make sure if they have been mentioned so they can go back to the linky and do their commenting.
Also, remember that FRIDAY NIGHT is the deadline for all comments.
These past 2 weeks have passed so quick! It is crazy! We enjoyed having some sun the first week. It is lovely when the sun is out. The second week has been dark and cold with some rain. Let’s hope we have better luck next week.
We adventured last Sunday to Port Lympne Park in Kent but unfortunately, we didn’t make it because our car broke down on the way. It was so unlucky because this was our first trip out since the lockdown. So sad. Thankfully nothing happened to us and the girls thought it was all an adventure. We got our car back yesterday. It was a very expensive fix unfortunately but at least we can travel again.
We also had bad news this week as our flight tickets to Venice got cancelled. We had this trip booked for a long time and we thought we might be able to make it especially after the new government announcements but unfortunately, we will have to think about something else to do.
Each linkup, I love sharing a photo from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here is my favourite:

✨ℍ𝔸ℙℙ𝕐 𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂𝔼ℕ𝔻✨ Thank you so much for all your comments on my other post about our car breaking down last Sunday. It was very unfortunate but thankfully nothing happened to us and as I said the girls thought it was quite an adventure. We finally got our car back yesterday and fixing it was very expensive. We have never had our clutch go before so this was our first experience. This is one of the most expensive repairs for a car but I was hoping that it wouldn’t be that much but unfortunately it was. It was more expensive because one of the coil springs was also broken and needed replacing. Overall it cost £1.4k to repair! 😱 Apparently the garage guy suggested that perhaps having the roof box in the car all the time could have contributed to the wear on the clutch. We will have to find a place to store it while we are not using it but it is looking difficult at the moment due to lack of space in the flat. But let’s see if we can make some space. This weekend we are testing the car locally to make sure it is ok before we adventure again to @portlympnepark next weekend. We are so happy that we were able to rearrange our visit. We will probably visit a garden or park nearby. The weather is not looking good today. There could be some rain but hopefully tomorrow will be better. I am looking forward to a picnic. I love when you use the hashtag. After a lot of consideration, I have decided that I will not do a feature on my post any more. But please keep using the hashtag. NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:
We had 37 linkups! I am so happy to have new people joining us this time too. There were 3 new linkers. On Thursday we had 9 posts that needed more comments. I was so happy to see a small number already. By Friday night (deadline for commenting) we manage to reduce this number to 2 posts. This is fantastic news as these posts had 3 comments each and one has commenting issues so it was a wonderful outcome.
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 13 people on Thursday. By Friday night, we reduced this number to 5 people. I’m glad we managed to reduce this number too.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
I also wanted to say that I will need all your comments to be done by Friday as I won’t be doing any counting on Saturdays anymore. So Friday Night will be the deadline for all comments for now on.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, JADE @theautismpage and MALIN @senlearnuk and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
