#KCACOLS – 7th March 2021

amomentwithfranca · 6 March 2021 · 1 Comment

Welcome back to #KCACOLS of 2021. We had 31 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂

PLEASE READ

Please remember that this linky is all about commenting hence the reward of being featured. I cannot chase people individually. That is why I send the “Thank You Email” so people can check the list and also make sure if they have been mentioned so they can go back to the linky and do their commenting.

ALSO, PLEASE remember to comment on the co-hosts and host posts. We are allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. So, please be aware of these changes during the second week. There are a lot of people that are skipping the first 4 posts which is very disappointing. These posts are part of the required comments, so please don’t skip them.

Finally, remember that FRIDAY NIGHT is the deadline for all comments.

Finally, homeschooling is over! I am so happy about that! It has been the most intense 9 weeks ever! I am so looking forward to Monday so the girls can go back to school and I can finally have my routine back! I really need some “me time” too!

Each linkup, I love sharing a photo from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here is my favourite:

KCACOLS CROWD FACEBOOK GROUP

THANK YOU to all of you that have joined the #KCACOLS CROWD Facebook Group. You can join us here. Also if you do join, please send me a direct message with the name of your blog so then I know who you are without having to figure out your blog name 🙂

NOW BACK TO THE LINKY

If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:

Send Me #KCACOLS New Linky Notifications

We had 31 linkups! I am so happy that we are having more linkups again. On Thursday we had 11 posts that needed more comments. By Friday night (deadline for commenting) we managed to reduce this number to 0 post. Hurrah! I am so happy that we managed to get all posts with 4 or more comments! Thank you for making this happened. I really appreciate you getting more involved within the linky.

Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 8 people on Thursday. By Friday night, we reduced this number to 3. This is good. One person was missing the hashtag, and the other two have commented but their posts are still pending. So this is a great outcome.

Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.

I also wanted to say that I will need all your comments to be done by Friday as I won’t be doing any counting on Saturdays anymore. So Friday Night will be the deadline for all comments for now on.

FORTNIGHTLY LINKY

The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.

The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.

I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.

LINKY TWEETS

I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!

Tweet Me!

PLEASE REMEMBER

  • I am not pushing for the 4 comments per post anymore. I will keep showing a list of posts that have fewer comments on my Thank You email to encourage people to comment more on those but after that, I will not keep asking. It will be lovely if we can get a minimum of 2 comments per post but of course, we should be aiming for more.
  • To approve your comments and check your SPAM folders (this is such a HUGE problem for me as it keeps being part of why I can’t have a current list as I know for sure lots of posts have comments that have not been approved yet)
  • I’m expecting a minimum of 4 comments per person (1 host, 2 co-hosts and the post before yours) and if you link up 2 posts I would expect 5 comments as a minimum per person (1 host, 2 co-hosts, the posts before yours and 1 more )
  • To comment on the post before yours. If you have any problems commenting on the post before yours please just send me a message and I will do my best to help.
  • If you receive a lot of comments, try to reciprocate to the ones that have taken the time to comment on your post. It is all about being generous with each other and spreading lots of love.
  • Do not link up and run.
  • Do not forget to add the linky badge.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:

PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).

Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

GUEST CO-HOSTS FROM THE PREVIOUS LINK UP

I would like to say THANK YOU so much to DANA from A Mamanista Life and LAURA from Mummy Lauretta for helping me with the commenting this week! They did a great job! 🙂

GUEST CO-HOSTS FOR THIS LINK UP

My first guest co-host this week is KELLY-ANNE from Mimi Rose And Me. Kelly-Anne helps me to co-host the linky many times. I have also mentioned and featured her before. She is lovely and she supports this linky a lot which is really nice. Kelly-Anne is a writer, blogger and mum to a beautiful girl called Amelia. She is married to Tony and together they have set up their home in the beautiful countryside of Norfolk. She is a self-certified tea addict, a lover of the 50s, stationary and she eats way too much Haribo. Please give her social media accounts some love (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, & Pinterest). She will also be retweeting your tweets this week so please add her Twitter handle (@Mimiroseandme) to your tweets as well as mine. Finally, she has a guest co-host post, 5 Years Time linked up too. If you could please go there and add a comment it would be AWESOME!

My second guest co-host this week is MALIN from Sensational Learning With Penguin. Malin has co-hosted with me many times too. I am super happy to have her back. Since she joined this linky she has been a great supporter of the linky which is lovely. Malin has a parenting blog. Her blog is about Mummy and Penguin which is a place for them to share what they do and why. Penguin has a diagnosis of autism, and they recently opted for home education. She shares their days out, baking, crafts, play dough among other activities. Please give her social media accounts some love (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, & Pinterest). She will also be retweeting your tweets this week so please add her Twitter handle (@senlearnuk) to your tweets as well as mine. Finally, she has a guest co-host post, Baking Together: Chocolate Cake Cookies.  linked up too. If you could please go there and add a comment it would be AWESOME!

FEATURED POSTS – TOP 3

The second person who commented a lot was ELLA from Typical Mummy I am so excited to see Ella back at the top of the commenting. It was a lovely surprise as the last time I featured her here was back in September 2019, so it is really nice to bee able to feature her again! She is so lovely! She has done a great job commenting on many of your lovely posts. She has commented on 30 posts! This means that she has commented on every single post that was linked up! Amazing! Her post from the last linkup was Our Top 10 Educational Games for Kids.  Please go to the post and give some more love if you can.

The second person who commented a lot was KATRINA from Chatter Fox. It is also lovely to see Katrina back within the 3 commenters for the 6th time. She has become a great supporter of this linky which I love so much.  Thank you, Katrina, for all your lovely comments within the linky. She has commented on 25 posts! Her post from last week was Autism & Relationships: How Autism Impacts On Dating. Please visit her post and give her more love if you can

The third person who commented a lot was JO from A Rose Tinted World. I’m super excited to have Jo back within the 3 commenters after a long time too! The last time I featured her here was back in June last year. Really lovely to have her back. Thank you for all your lovely comments! She has done a great job commenting on many of your lovely posts. She has commented on 23 posts! Her post from the last link-up was New Look K6575 Sewing Pattern.  Please go to the post and give some more love if you can.

FEATURED POSTS – TOP 6

Behind Ella, Katrina and Jo were HANNAH from Hannah and the Twiglets with 16 comments, LANA from Kid can Doodle with 14 comments and LYDIA from Pandora and Max with 14 comments. Thank you so much to all of you! 🙂

For this week’s linky I am linking up 4 Easy Instant Pot Recipes That’ll Basically Cook Themselves and Some Garden Ideas for Spring Lockdown so I hope you like it! 😉

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!

[do_widget id=”text-21″ title=false]

Now let’s carry on with the linky:

RULES:

Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!

1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.

2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.

3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.

4. Comment on:

  • one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
  • the guest co-hosts posts.
  • the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
  • and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.

That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).

5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.

6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, KELLY-ANNE @Mimiroseandme and MALIN @senlearnuk and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.

7. Finally, if you could please follow A Moment With Franca (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) that would be fantastic!! 😉

I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂

✨First Week in Torrevieja✨ ☀️🏖️.Our ✨First Week in Torrevieja✨ ☀️🏖️.Our first week in Torrevieja was a mix of unexpected moments and relaxation. Sienna’s 9th birthday took an unexpected turn when she cut her thumb, and we spent some time in the ER getting a single stitch. 😢 But she’s a trooper and handled it like a champ..Despite this, we still managed at the start of that first week to soak up some sun, enjoy the pool, watch beautiful sunsets, and take in the incredible views. Evenings by the pool became our thing, creating lasting memories and a sense of calm. It wasn’t the week we had planned, but it turned out to be a week of quality family time and unwinding. ☀️🏖️.Swipe left to see our first week in pictures, and if you keep checking until the last photo, you can see Sienna’s stitch. She was such a brave soul. 💪.Now, who else has had unexpected adventures during their travels? .#Torrevieja #BeachView....Costa Blanca | Torrevieja | Family Ttravel | Sunsets | Pool Relaxation | Holiday Memories | Family Bonding | Spain | Alicante | Travel Blogger |
