My girls were super happy to receive a new toy from the latest Little Live Pets range by Character. They have launched the cutest Little Live Pets Hatching Chick and we are loving it! This little chick hatches and hops around just like a real chick! It’s really cute! 🙂
It comes with one egg, a surprise chick and an instruction manual. It is very easy to make it work. You just need to hold the egg securely and locate the pull tab and pull it out of the egg. Then you should remove the packaging lock by gently turning 90 degrees and pulling. Then peel off the tape. Finally, place the egg on a flat table surface and wait for the chick to hatch.
You will then hear your chick tapping and chirping inside the egg while you are waiting for it to hatch. My girls were so excited about discovering which chick they will have and were amazed when it hatched and hopped around! It was funny to see their little faces waiting for this to happen.
4 different colours
Bella was desperate to discover which colour chick it would be. There are 5 different chicks that your kids can collect: Blossy the Daisy Chick (Pink), Beaky the Rainbow Chick (White), Tilly the Dancing Chick (Blue), Patty the Party Chick (Purple) and you can also get a limited edition Golden Chick. Bella really wants to get this one so she is now asking to collect the whole range so she can have a chance to get the golden one! The good thing about having more than one is that they will interact with each other so that will be a lot of fun! We got Tilly the Dancing Chick in blue. It is really tiny and very easy to transport.
Your Little Live Pets Hatching chick can be hatched over and over again. Each time is different as sometimes it will hatch quickly and sometimes it will be slow. It is really cute and makes real chick sounds. My girls love the idea of petting him so they can listen to him singing!
The size was perfect for their little hands, especially for Sienna as she was able to hold it and pet it. She really enjoyed the whole experience even though this toy is aimed at kids age 5 up but I will say that a younger child will be delighted to play with it too but it is recommended to supervise it.
The range is now growing with new pets coming for Spring which is perfect for Easter. There will also be more coming later in the year. There is also a Little Live Pets Hedgehogs and the Surprise Chick House.
You can join the Little Live Pets Takeover on UKMums.tv on 20th Feb so put it in your calendar. The price for the Little Live Pets Hatching Chick is £14.99. You can see the details below from Amazon:
My girls are fascinated with this cute little chick and it has brought hours of fun especially on those rainy, wintery days!
What do you think of this new toy? Would you like to hatch one?

Omg this looks so cute I definitely want to get one for my youngest daughter. We had the two birds last year mummy and baby and they used to talk to each other and she loved it until the dog decided that they would be better chewed and broken
This are going on her birthday list for sure

Everyone went bananas for Hatchimals here and they sold out before xmas, causing much drama but fortunately we dodged that bullet. #KCACOLS

An interesting concept and I can see how they would be good for younger kids to play with and learn from. But probably not for me! #KCACOLS
