Last year I published a list of Trending Advent Calendars for 2020 and people found it useful, so I decided to do the same this year too. I have been looking for new Advent Calendars to share with you after attending different Christmas shows and Blogging Conferences with Christmas as a theme, so I was able to see what is now trending this year.
I personally love the countdown to Christmas and I think it makes it even more exciting to do it when you open an Advent Calendar door each day during December. We all feel so much joy doing that every morning. After my research, I came across a few interesting Advent Calendars to open this year, so I thought it might be worth sharing with you.
This is a list of Advent Calendars for different members of the family to enjoy, so you will see options for the men, the lovely ladies, of course for the kids and even for our furry friends. This way you can choose what best suits your family.
PETS
1. Lily’s Kitchen’s Advent Calendars For Dogs and Cats
Advent calendar for Dogs, RRP £10
I would like to start this list with an unusual Advent Calendar. Whilst pet parents are indulging in festive treats, why not also treat our four-legged friends to Christmas goodies of their own. I am sure many pet owners would be delighted to know that they can also treat their four-legged friends to their very own advent calendar!
Advent Calendar for Cats, RRP £10
Lily’s Kitchen, the award-winning producer of proper food for pets, is back with their Advent calendar for Dogs and Advent Calendar for Cats generously filled with a selection of delicious treats, including Rise and Shines and the famous Bedtime Biscuits.
Now, pets and pet parents can countdown to Christmas together! Lily’s Kitchen is available in leading supermarkets across the UK.

6. PLAYin Choc Advent Calendar
PLAYin Choc is like a Kinder Egg, but with fairly traded dairy-free chocolate and no landfill waste left over! They have 2 options of Advent Calendars to choose from, so you can either get their 24 day Advent Calendar (RRP £55.00) or their 12 day Advent Calendar (RRP £27.50). The latter is the one I have received and it is shown in the pictures. Behind each of the 12 or 24 windows, you’ll find a super-cute festive cardboard toy plus two individually wrapped, deliciously creamy, organic dairy-free chocolates and fun facts card. This makes up three treats for your little ones every day! Each planet-friendly collectable doubles up as a super-cute decoration.
Their range is organic, vegan, avoids potential allergens (soy, gluten and dairy-free), contains no refined sugar, is environmentally responsible and uses only recycled recyclable and compostable materials and is certified slave-free chocolate. And their chocolate is wrapped in clear film that is 100% plant-based and completely home compostable.
The box looks lovely and the outer sleeve of the advent can also be opened up into a landscape to play with all 12 or 24 toys that are inside the calendar. My girls are really excited to open this Advent Calendar! Available from Amazon.
