UltraDex Oral Care Bundle – Getting Ready for the Summer

I recently had to see the dentist for a filling as well as a hygiene session which cost me a fortune! All of this because I wasn’t taking care of my teeth properly. I am now very conscious about it and do care about my oral hygiene and try to get products that will avoid me to get into that position again. I was very pleased to hear from UltraDex who offered to send me a bundle of some of their products. I, of course, wanted to try them as I was in the search of new products that would keep my teeth and gums in good condition.

Also, now that we are in the summer,  the days are getting longer resulting in us being active for longer and leaving our mouth susceptible to the potential horror of halitosis. Sugary foods and drinks trigger bacteria in the mouth impacting on oral health and leading to tooth decay and unpleasant smelling breath. Ultradex has a range of high-quality oral hygiene products that will leave your mouth feeling confidently fresh and odour free for the day ahead.

Low-Abrasion Toothpaste – £6.15

Instantly eliminates bad breath for 12 hours and protects your teeth & gums by inhibiting harmful bacteria. It also restores natural teeth whiteness by gently lifting everyday stains.  It is mint flavoured and non-foaming. They do not use SLS which is what causes foaming.

You should use twice daily and brush for at least 2 minutes. For maximum benefit, it is better if you do not rinse with water after brushing. This toothpaste is perfect for me because I have sensitive teeth and gums so it is gentle on them and it leaves me with a nice refreshing feeling after using it.

Daily Oral Rinse – 250 ml – £5.10

Instantly eliminates bad breath for 12 hours. This mouthwash also promises to eliminate bad breath, restore natural whiteness and protect teeth and gums. It is free from alcohol and chlorhexidine. The rinse is clear and unflavoured and it comes with a separate mint flavour sachet. To experience the mint flavour, simply add the contents of the flavour sachet to the entire bottle of rinse and shake well before each use.

You should use 15ml (approximately 3 x 5ml teaspoonfuls) both morning and night, either before or after brushing and you should rinse for 30 seconds. I like this mouthwash. I actually added the mint flavour because I like to feel the minty flavour in my mouth. It was gentle on my mouth and it also left a nice refreshing feeling after using.

Fresh Breath Oral Spray – £3.50

This is a great product for on-the-go instant fresh breath confidence. You only need a quick spray with this handy sized pump to eliminate odour-causing compounds (VSC) and freshen breath. It has a mint flavour and you can pump up to 100+ sprays. It is also alcohol and sugar-free. You should shake well before spraying it into your mouth.

I love this oral spray. It is so handy and perfect to put it in my handbag and use it when I feel I need it. It definitely brings back my confidence after using it because I feel very refreshed. This is a great substitute to gum. I like chewing gum but they are not good for your teeth and gums so I am happy I have found something that will bring this mint flavour that I like in my mouth. So, for busy summer diaries, I recommend you to keep an oral spray in your handbag or pocket for a quick and easy, on-the-go fresh breath top up.

My Thoughts

I really like these products. They are great for maintaining good oral hygiene. So far they seem to be doing a great job. I like that they have a mint flavour. I love the feeling of my mouth after using them. I feel clean and fresh. They provide advanced protection for my teeth and gums which are exactly what I need. I would definitely buy them again once I finish using the ones I received.
