Valentine’s Tech Wishlist

We are now very close to Valentine’s Day and I was thinking to do a list of potential presents that we could get for Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day is a very special day for us because back in Feb 2007 on Valentine’s Day, Nick had the great idea of proposing to me! Yes guys, on Valentine’s Day! The funny thing is that you are probably expecting a romantic night out and then the typical surprise of popping the question. Well NO, this didn’t happen like this to us. He did propose that day but not in a fancy and romantic setting but in our flat while I was in bed after being super ill for a few days, LOL! Yes it is not the typical story that you might hear but for me it was a day to remember even though I was feeling very ill. Valentine’s Day is therefore a special day for us!

Nick loves gadgets. He works in IT so you can imagine what a huge geek he can be, LOL. To be honest I kind of like this about him as I’m also a little geek at heart. We are both into technology and we love getting new products that are out there on the market. I came up with a list of 5 items that we would love to buy, which we would both enjoy. I hope I’m making sense, so anyway here we are:

Panasonic, Viera TV, 4K TV

I love this TV and I know for sure that Nick is really keen on getting a 4k TV. The experience of this TV is just amazing. It ultimately creates a better picture experience than the cinema by having a greater resolution, all from the comfort of your own home. 4K is the exciting and next huge leap forward. Additionally, on a 4K tv, you’ll also be able to view your photographs with a higher quality of detail. No longer will you have to zoom in on photos from your DSLR on your laptop – you’ll now be able to view them to the fullest on your 4K TV, the way they were meant to be seen. Isn’t this fantastic? A big YES!!! 😉

Apple Watch

I really would like to try this watch and I also know that Nick really would like one of these too. We have spoken about this before but we have decided to wait a little bit more until perhaps a newer version has come out (I usually find Apple products are better after the first few versions have been released). So far, I have heard that it is good and I think it might soon be time to give it a go!!

Sonos:Play 5

I saw Nick the other day searching for this so I know that he would love to get it. Apparently, you’ll hear and feel all the emotion and energy the artist packed into the original recording. And connect with your favourite music on a far deeper level. You play your music from your various different devices which is great too. It really sounds lovely, doesn’t it?

Microsoft Surface Pro 4

This is a fan gadget. I didn’t know about it until Nick explained to me what it was. If you’re after a tablet but also a laptop, this item combines both which sounds fantastic. Now I really want one!! 😉

Nespresso Citiz Coffee Machine – Fire Engine Red

This is actually something that we are both really keen to have. I recently went to a Nescafe event and they told me everything about coffee and since then I really want to try one of these coffee machines. Nick also loves coffee and we would both enjoy this a lot! 🙂
