3 Supplements That Will Help You Feel Strong & Radiant This Winter

As we get older, we can all use a little extra help in keeping our bodies in the best condition they can be in. I know myself, being over 40 now, that there are certain parts of my body that I would like to give a little TLC to, whether in the form of supplements or extra beauty treatments, to help me take care of myself a little more.

They have released 3 new supplements: Care Advanced Immune Support, Care Collagen Beauty Formula and Care Collagen Joint Formula.

As I have been suffering from severe allergies recently, I chose Advanced Immune Support and Collagen Beauty Formula. You are advised not to take two collagen-containing supplements together. This is something to bear in mind if you decide to take more than 1 supplement.

NEW RANGE OF CARE SUPPLEMENTS

Care Advanced Immune Support

Support your body’s immune system with Care Advanced Immune Support containing Beta-Glucans, Elderberry, Vitamin D3 and odour-controlled garlic. Vitamins A & C, plus zinc and selenium, also contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Available in packs of 30 tablets for £5.59 at Weldricks Pharmacy. Making them only 16p per day.

Care Collagen Beauty Formula

Support standard collagen formulation with Care Collagen Beauty Formula, formulated using hydrolysed pure marine collagen (Type II). The capsules also combine several carefully selected nutrients to help maintain skin health, including Vitamin C, zinc, copper, riboflavin, niacin and biotin.

Available in packs of 90 capsules £13.45 at Weldricks Pharmacy making them only 15p per day.

Care Collagen Joint Formula

Collagen found in our joint tissues is the primary structural protein of cartilage, which provides support to the joints. Ageing and wear and tear can reduce the amount of collagen in our joints, so long-term maintenance is important for healthy joint tissues. Including collagen-rich foods in your diet can help support joint health and preserve cartilage integrity.

ADDING THE SUPPLEMENTS TO MY DAILY ROUTINE

I am really looking forward to trying out the supplements and seeing what effect they have on me. Of course, it will not be an immediate change, but I hope to experience fewer illnesses this winter, and if I do, I will be able to recover more quickly or have fewer symptoms. We all know that anything your kids pick up will more often be shared with us too, so this seems to be a great defence against some of the nasty winter bugs doing the rounds this year.

I am also very excited to try the Care Collagen Beauty Formula, which is what I desperately need. As I mentioned above, I am now 41 years old and not getting any younger, so every morning when I wake up, I notice a new wrinkle around my eyes. It’s crazy to see how my face is starting to look older by the day, LOL! I have taken a different type of collagen in the past. That was in liquid form, not tablets, so it could be great to try these, which will be easier to take when I am travelling.
