Hello and welcome back to #KCACOLS. I hope you are all well! We had 46 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
We went glamping to Warwick Castle a couple of weeks ago. We stayed at their Kin’s Luxury Tent at their Knight Village. It was a surreal experience. We spent 2 days exploring Warwick Castle and loved it. They have so much to do and we had so much fun. My girls ended up so exhausted!
I am also reviewing a new meal plan and fitness program called MuscleFood. I am trying their, ‘Do The Unthinkable’ programme for one month. So far it has taken time to understand how it works but now I feel used to their meals and fitness plan. I will be doing a weekly blog with my thoughts. I am looking forward to sharing with you my journey.
We also attended a cool event in Central London at the ICA with British Council and Aardman Animations (creators of Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep and Timmy Time) for the launch of their new English language series “Learning Time With Timmy. We watched an exclusive preview of the series, took some cool photos with Timmy, created our own clay Timmy with Aardman’s expert model maker Jim, met experts from the British Council and had a chat about how children learn languages. Best of all, we had some great cupcakes, LOL!
Each link up, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:

*HAPPY 41st BIRTHDAY TO ME* Swipe left to see my New Look (before and after) As a lot of you might know by now, my birthday was on Wednesday and I decided to make some changes to my look to try to make me feel fresher and younger. Gaining another year is always hard especially when you have hit a big number. I turned 41 and it really sounded old to me. I don’t want to feel like that so I thought, what can I do to reverse that feeling? Well I booked a hairdresser appointment on the same day to lift my spirits! I was honestly terrified! I have never had my hair that short. My style has always been long hair. I thought why not if the summer is coming it could be nice to get it shorter and lighter! So that’s what I did! I had it chopped and made it much brighter. I have shared lots of stories about the change. If you missed them, you can still watch them in my highlights under the title “My Birthday”. So check them out! 😉 I have received so many lovely compliments about it that I feel so rejuvenated and it has boosted my confidence! So thank you so much for all your birthday wishes and lovely comments about my new look! Also, a big thank you to Andrew at @egohairqueenspark for doing such an amazing job! Seriously, he is very good! ☺ Anyway, SWIPE LEFT if you would like to see my New Look! ☺ 💇♀ ✂ #birthdaygirl #haircut #newlook #newme #turned41 #feelinggood

*A MESSAGE TO MY HUSBAND FOR OUR 10TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY* Dear Babes: Wow! 10 years! I can't believe the years have passed by so quickly! I remember when we took this photo in the Seychelles on our honeymoon like it was yesterday, just after sharing a lovely time with friends and family at our wedding! I was so happy that day! I couldn't believe how lucky I was to be marrying you. I feel so grateful to be able to keep feeling the same way I did the day I married you. Actually I feel even happier now. I am so lucky to have found you because you understand me, you listen to all my stories (And God I know I have too many!), you care about me, you always put me and our family first, because you make me laugh (I absolutely love this about you), because you support me and help to make my dreams come true and more! But the best part is that I feel I have found my partner for life! I am so excited to be able to share this crazy journey of life we have together and being able to build our little family together! So thank you for all of this and for all these years! I wish for many more years to come together! Happy 10th Wedding Anniversary Babes! I love you! 🙂 #weddinganniversary #10thweddinganniversary #10yearstogether
#KCACOLS ON INSTAGRAM
Thank you so much for using the #KCACOLS hashtag on Instagram for all your photos. It is lovely to see your photos there! I am so excited that we have more than 10k photos that have used the hashtag! I am thrilled! I would love it if more of you could use the hashtag for your photos and of course it would be even better if we all also spread some love there! I am featuring 1 photo from the community that has caught my eye since the last link up. This time I’m featuring CLARE from Flip Flops or Wellies. See her photo below:

NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:
We had 46 link ups and about 12 posts needed more comments when the linky closed. By Saturday we reduced this number to 4. This is great! From these 4 posts, 3 have 3 comments and one has 2 comments. So this means that we got 42 posts with 4 or more comments this time which is good!
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 13 people on Thursday. By Saturday morning, we only reduced this number to 11! This is not very good. I am about to message them to let them know. Hopefully we will get more comments from them.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, RUTH @ruthhilbrown and LAURA @MummyLauretta and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting your posts!! 🙂
