Welcome back to #KCACOLS. We had 36 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
Please remember that this linky is all about commenting hence the reward of being featured. I cannot chase people individually. That is why I send the “Thank You Email” so people can check the list and also make sure if they have been mentioned so they can go back to the linky and do their commenting.
Also, remember that FRIDAY NIGHT is the deadline for all comments.
Hurrah for the Summer holidays! I can’t believe school is finally out for summer. We were able to send our girls back to school in June which was a big help but I know a lot of you didn’t have this option or decided to stay at home. So I would like to congratulate you all for doing such an amazing job with homeschooling and juggling at the same time with life. I did it for 2 months and it was very hard.
The last couple of weeks have been hectic dealing with my last rep duties after 1 year and 4 months. I started helping Sienna’s class the last term of Reception and then decided to carry on for the whole Year 1. It was a lot of work but I enjoyed it a lot. I had to organise the teacher’s gifts and preparing a farewell bundle for a couple of kids that were leaving. I prepared a video and a photobook for them. I really enjoyed seeing their happy faces when they received them. The lovely parents were so kind and lovely and sent me flowers with a voucher thanking for my rep duties all this time. It made me very emotional.
We managed to go to Port Lympne Park last weekend and it was all worth it. We had a great time. We also stopped by the nearest beach and it was so lovely. We were dying to do that for a long time.
Each linkup, I love sharing a photo from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here is my favourite:

𝘼𝙙 𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 ✨𝔸 𝕃𝕆𝕍𝔼𝕃𝕐 𝔽𝔸𝕄𝕀𝕃𝕐 𝔻𝔸𝕐 𝕆𝕌𝕋 𝔸𝕋 ℙ𝕆ℝ𝕋 𝕃𝕐𝕄ℙℕ𝔼 ℙ𝔸ℝ𝕂✨ If you have been following our previous posts you probably know that we had to rearrange our trip to @portlympnepark due to car problems. So we finally managed to go during this last weekend and we loved it. Port Lympne Park is Kent’s largest animal park. They have more than 700 animals including the largest herd of black rhino in the UK, western lowland gorillas, Kent’s largest tower of giraffes, tigers, lions, leopards, bears and so much more. The gardens are gorgeous and they even have a maze. The girls loved playing around it for a bit. They have new health & safety procedures so you can see “2m social distancing” signs everywhere as well as hand sanitizers. All the staff were wearing face masks. Guests are not required to wear a face mask. We visited all the animals that we could but unfortunately the safari wasn't running when we visited so we missed seeing the zebras and giraffes. We loved seeing the lions, the monkeys, the gorillas with a baby gorilla too, wallabies, meerkats and much more. One of the interesting features that you can find at Port Lympne Park is that they offer a wide variety of short stays within fascinating lodges so you can be surrounded by the given animal you have decided to stay with. You can choose from the Lion Lodge, Tiger Lodge, Wolf Lodge, Rhino Lodge, Treehouse Hotel, 4* Port Lympne Hotel, Giraffe Cottage, The Bubble, Forest Hideway, Hog Deer Creek as well as glamping pods. They all look amazing! Their Babydoll's Wood Fired Pizza, Basecamp and Pinewood Cafe are open so you can eat there. They also have a Dinosaur Forest that is perfect for little ones. The girls, especially Sienna, enjoyed this area a lot. We had a wonderful time, especially as it was our first proper family outing outside London since the lockdown. Swipe left to see more photos or check my highlight for some videos 😊 𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙇𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙣𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠? 𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙇𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙣𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪? We had 36 linkups! We had more new linkers for this linkup too. There were 3 new linkers. On Thursday we had 12 posts that needed more comments. By Friday night (deadline for commenting) we manage to reduce this number to 0 posts. We did it! I am so happy we got 4 or more comments for every single post that linked up with us! Hurrah!
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 13 people on Thursday. By Friday night, we reduced this number to 5 people. I’m glad we managed to reduce this number too.
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
I also wanted to say that I will need all your comments to be done by Friday as I won’t be doing any counting on Saturdays anymore. So Friday Night will be the deadline for all comments for now on.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, HELEN @twinstantrums and JADE @theautismpage and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
