Welcome back to my linky #KCACOLS (KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON LINKING SUNDAY!). Thank you again for all your support. We had again 68 link ups last week! Yaaay!! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of this linky! For all the new people joining us this week I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! 🙂
I had a busy week yet again. It started on a high as I went to the Toy Fair with Maria on Monday. That place was a dreamland. It was a huge venue and at the beginning I felt a little bit overwhelmed to be surrounded with so many big brands but then it passed and I enjoyed the day a lot. We had lots of appointments so we were very busy. We didn’t stop going up and down stairs and I ended up very tired that day. Things got bad from Tuesday as Sienna had a high fever on and off and she couldn’t go to nursery! She was supposed to be finally at nursery on her own this week but she couldn’t go, so she stayed with me all Tuesday and Wednesday. She was literally all over me 24/7 which was really hard. On Thursday she woke up as though nothing had happened to her but I took her to the GP anyway. The Doctor confirmed she was okay so she went to nursery that afternoon. I went to Windsor that night as I was invited to a launch of a new hotel which was very close to Windsor Castle. It was just beautiful. They invited me to stay the night so I was fascinated with the idea to spend one night away for the first time since having my girls!! It was amazing. I really enjoyed having some “me time”. On Friday, after a yummy breakfast I went back to London where things went mad again. I dropped Sienna to nursery and after an hour they called me to let me know that she had developed a rash and I had to pick her up. Oh dear, I had to run to get Bella first, then Sienna and then run to the Walk-in Centre which had a 2.5 hrs wait time. I was: WHAT? So no way I was going to stay there that long with 2 demanding girls. We went back home and this morning Sienna woke up with just a mild rash so for now, what Sienna has is a mystery to me. I reckon she has picked up some kind of viral rash but first thing tomorrow morning I will take her again to the Walk-in Centre just in case. Let’s see what they say.
Anyway, now back to the linky. As usual, I have gone through every single post that linked up last week and I must say that I am really, really happy guys as the amount of commenting this week has been amazing. We had posts with up to 15 comments just from this linky which I thought was brilliant. There were just a few posts that had a minimum 2 comments which is really good for a linky. THANK YOU so much guys. You all know that KCACOLS is all about commenting and spreading the love. So I feel really happy about this little community. YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!! Thank you for being so generous when commenting. It is so nice to see how this linky grows by the day.
There were about 8 posts that didn’t add the badge so please do your best to not forget to add the badge or do a link of the linky to your blog post. I only had 4 people that didn’t comment on the post linked up before their post so I think the figures are getting better which I’m very happy about. I would love that you always come back to the linky from Wednesday night or Thursday Morning (after I send the Thank You Email) so you can check all the posts that have linked up later in the week and also do your comments if you haven’t done at that point.
Thank you so much for all your comments to the host posts and the linky post. As you know I read them all. I still haven’t had the chance to catch up with the replying part but this is part of my plan for this year, so please bear with me.
I would like to say THANK YOU so much to MARIA from Suburban Mum for helping me with the commenting for the last 2 weeks! It was fun co-hosting with her and she was, as always great with the commenting. MARIA, you have been AMAZING!!! What a great guest co-host she was! 🙂
This weekend my guest co-host is CHARLOTTE from The Mummy Toolbox. She has co-hosted before, so this is not new for her. Please give her some love. These are her social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest). She will also be retweeting your tweets this week so please add her twitter handle (@TheMummyToolbox) to your tweets as well as mine. Finally she has a guest co-host post, Healthy Banana & Honey Flapjacks linked up too. Please if you could go there and add a comment it would be AWESOME!!
The second person who has commented a lot this week is DANIELLE from Someone’s Mum Blog. She was featured last week too and this week she came back commenting even more which was so lovely from her!! She commented on 37 posts. Thank you so much lovely! One of her posts from last week was Why You Shouldn’t Refuse This Test During Prenancy. Please go back to her post and give her more love if you can!
I will feature another person this week too because she has commented a lot and I’m very grateful when people take the time to comment. I would like to say thank you to TRACEY from One Frazzled Mum. She commented on 25 posts which is FANTASTIC!! One of her posts from last week was Rage Against The Hormones. Please go and check it out!
I just wanted to mention that just behind Laura, Danielle and Tracey was Maddy from The Speed Bump with 23 comments, and Fiona from Coombe Mill with 17 comments. Thank you so much lovely ladies!!! 🙂
For this week’s linky I am linking up 2 posts: “Review of Muggle Tours for Harry Potter Fans & Giveaway” and a post I wrote just before the Xmas break but I thought it could be interesting for you to read, “Time to Disconnect“. I hope you like them! 😉
Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. I have pinned all your posts from the last linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!

Finally, I would like to remind you again about the main rule (commenting on the post previous to yours) to make it fair for all. Please do your best to remember this and also to add the #KCACOLS hashtag when you comment on the other posts. If you don’t receive a comment from the person that has linked up next to you, please let me know as I’ll do a follow up.
You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once. If you want to promote a new linky you are welcome to do this but just once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
RULES:
Each week I will choose a few posts of people that have commented THE MOST or that have commented A LOT and I will feature it on my weekly “KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON LINKING SUNDAY” (#KCACOLS) linky post. To link up simply grab the badge and link up your old or new posts. As usual there are some rules that you need to follow in order to make this linky work for all of us. Please see below:
1. Be sure to grab the “Keep Calm and Carry On Linking Sunday” – #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts per week.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new.
4. Comment on one of the hosts posts (choose one that you would like to comment on as I will be linking up 2 posts every week if possible). Then comment the guest co-host. Then comment on the post which is linked up immediately before yours and finally any other post that you would like to comment on. That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-host and one from others). This is a really important rule which I need you to follow, otherwise this linky will not work. We should be spreading the love by sharing. This is the only way that a linky party can be beneficial for all.
5. This linky will be open every Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until Wednesday at 11.59 pm.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca and to Charlotte @TheMummyToolbox and we will both retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
7. Finally, if you could please follow A Moment With Franca (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest Bloglovin and Google+) that would be fantastic!! 😉
I look forward to reading and commenting your posts!! 🙂

What a mad week. It’s horrible when the kids get sick and you’re not quite sure why. Waiting times suck. Thank goodness (and how exciting) that you got a night off. I hope this week is much better on the bug front! X

How wonderful that you got to have a night all to yourself at a hotel, I’d absolutely make the most of that! Sorry to hear that you had poorly little ones on your hands this week, but I hope everyone is on the mend now.
