Welcome back to #KCACOLS. I hope you are all well! We had 41 link ups last time! THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of the linky! I really appreciate your support. For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find out more about this linky on the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂
Are you all enjoying the summer holidays? And what about the weather? I was at some point praying for some cooler weather which we finally had and it was nice. So it is lovely to have the sunshine back although it looks like this is one of the biggest heatwaves we have had so far, not only here but across Europe too. I read that in some places in Spain and Portugal it will be almost 48C. I would die if I had to experience that! That’s so hot!
The last couple of weeks have been fun. We have enjoyed doing some family activities during the weekends as well as enjoying the summer and the weather. On the same day we came back from France, we headed over to near the O2 in Greenwich where nearby they have a new experience called, Dinosaurs In The Wild. It was definitely different and a lot of fun for the girls. I am sure it will be a great place to take some dinosaur fans. We have also tested some new and cool products with the girls (reviews will be on the blog soon) and going out and about to the park using our scooters.
We also attended a cool Peter Rabbit event at The Lookout in the heart of Hyde Park for the release of the movie on DVD and Blu Ray. We hadn’t seen the movie so we really loved watching it for the first time there. It is so much fun. This week, Bella and I went to watch the most amazing musical, The King and I at the London Palladium, 5 minutes from Oxford Circus in Central London. What a show! We loved it and we recommend it 100%. Finally, on Friday, Bella and I spent a lovely day in Covent Garden. I love this place. The atmosphere is always amazing.
Each link up, I love sharing a couple of photos from my last 2 weeks on Instagram, so here are two of my favourites:
*SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: ONE WEEK DONE STILL 7 WEEKS TO GO* We are back from our holidays in France and we are now facing the blues of the after holidays effect! It is always sad when you come back from your holidays, especially if you have had a wonderful time. Bella is off school for 8 weeks and I have to think of ways to entertain her. One week is now done. Still, 7 to come! 😳 Thank God Sienna still goes to nursery (July & August will be her last 2 months as she starts school in September), however, there are some days that she is skipping it or arriving late in the mornings or leaving early in the afternoons due to the fact that she wants to be with Bella. I think she feels she is missing the fun! Bless her! But that means I have both with me at home and need to find ways to entertain them both! We have about 3 out of 8 weeks organised for Bella but still, I need to think of the remaining weeks! That will be hard! Need some help with ideas! The heatwave is not helping either! It is hotter than in France! I think the humidity makes it worst. I am boiling at home and nothing keeps us cool! It is really hard but at the same time, it is nice to have a consistent summer and be able to plan your weekends ahead and not depending on the weather forecast on the last minute to decide what to do! Do you agree? Anyway, I would like to know what are your plans for the summer? How are you thinking to entertain your little ones? Give me some ideas of what to do! 😉 #schoolholidays #summer #summer2018 #mygirls
*A LOVELY SATURDAY MORNING AT THE LOOKOUT IN HYDE PARK FOR A PETER RABBIT PARTY" We had such a lovely time at the #PeterRabbitParty last Saturday. We were invited by @SonyPicsAtHome and @cineminifilmclub to celebrate the release of Peter Rabbit on DVD which was out on Blu-ray & DVD from 23rd July. Last Saturday 28th July was actually Beatrix Potter's birthday. She actually used to visit The Royal Parks for inspiration during her time in London, so what better way than celebrate her birthday than with a Peter Rabbit Party there! The LookOut which is in the heart of Hyde Park is a beautiful place and it was all dressed up and themed for the day. They had lots of activities for the little ones to do as well as refreshments around the venue to enjoy before the screening. They had seed-planting workshops, plant pot decorating, vegetable printing and animal meet and greets. The animals were so cute! My girls loved to meet them. They had some Peter Rabbit outfits to play dress up so my girls, of course, tried them straight away. They looked so cute in them! They also got an exclusive Peter Rabbit movie-themed 'Prop Box' to play with during the film when they were also able to take home. It was so much fun for the girls and of course the movie was great! We have not watched it before so it was the perfect occasion to see it for the first time! I love James Corden who voices Peter Rabbit. He is amazing! Have you seen the Peter Rabbit movie? Will you be watching it again or for the first time now it's available on DVD? #peterrabbitparty #hydepark #theoutlook #event #peterrabbit
#KCACOLS ON INSTAGRAM
Thank you so much for using the #KCACOLS hashtag on Instagram for all your photos. It is lovely to see your photos there! I am so excited that we have more than 10.7k photos that have used the hashtag! I am thrilled! I would love it if more of you could use the hashtag for your photos and of course it would be even better if we all also spread some love there! I am featuring 1 photo from the community that has caught my eye since the last link up. This time I’m featuring ANN from Rainbows are too Beautiful. See her photo below:
It’s not always easy for us to go out altogether. We try to do it as much as possible but I’ve also come to realise we each need time to do what we like too. It means capturing these moments together can be challenging esp. as one of us if often trying to help one of the kids cope with what’s happening. But every now and again, we get a lovely shot of us all. 😁 You can read about how we captured this one #ontheblog

THANK YOU to all of you that have joined the #KCACOLS CROWD Facebook Group. You can join us here. Also if you do join, please send me a direct message with the name of your blog so then I know who you are without having to figure out your blog name 🙂
NOW BACK TO THE LINKY
If you are not already subscribed to be informed of new KCACOLS Linky emails, you can click the button below to subscribe:
We had 41 link ups and about 13 posts needed more comments when the linky closed. By Saturday we reduced this number to 1 which has 2 comments only! So we got 40 posts with 4 or more comments. Hurrah! That is great news! 🙂
Regarding the people that have not commented on the post before theirs, we got 9 people on Thursday. By Saturday we reduced this number to 5!
Also, remember to comment on the co-hosts posts. Please also be aware that I’m BLOCKING URLs/Emails of people that have joined the linky and have not commented on any posts for consecutive weeks. If you find I have blocked you by mistake, please contact me.
The linky will be open for 2 weeks until the second Wednesday at 8 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
The co-hosts and I will be allowed to change our posts on the following Saturday after the linky is live. Please be aware of these changes during the second week.
I would suggest that you link up one post each week so you will be able to share something different and current each week. I will also be more strict regarding commenting on the post before yours.
I’m not tweeting individual people once the linky is live but I will tweet the people that have been featured and mentioned. I’ll also post a link to the new linky post on the KCACOLS Facebook Group, pin it on my Twitter account and on my Facebook page together with some generic tweets. I will of course, email all of you the link. If you could also share it by clicking the link below that would be FABULOUS!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS:
PLEASE START by commenting on the post linked up before yours FIRST and then comment on any other posts as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).
Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. As always, I have read and liked all your comments! We will do our best for you to receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from last week’s linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!
Now let’s carry on with the linky:
Every 2 weeks I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT on the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned in my fortnightly Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a backlink on my new linky post every other Saturday!
1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.
2. You can link up to 2 posts. I recommend you to link up one post each week to get the most of the linky.
3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.
4. Comment on:
- one of the hosts’ posts (choose one that you would like to comment).
- the guest co-hosts posts.
- the post which is linked up immediately before yours.
- and finally, any other post that you would like to comment on.
That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).
5. This linky will be open every other Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until the following 2nd Wednesday at 08.00 pm or until we reach 100 link ups, whichever comes first.
6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, SARAH @mummykindoff and TRACEY @frazzledmumblog and we will retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.
I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts!! 🙂
