If you’re a fan of The Traitors TV show, like me, you’ll know the thrill of suspicion, alliances and betrayals. So when I was invited to The Traitors: Live Experience London in Covent Garden, I couldn’t wait. I went with Nick to the 8 pm adults-only slot, and right from the moment we arrived, I was buzzing.
We were greeted by the bold sign outside and handed our lanyards inside, met our group, and felt the atmosphere build. The bar area, with drinks and chat as everyone tries to size each other up—this was no ordinary night out.

The venue is tucked away on Short’s Gardens in Covent Garden, just a few minutes’ walk from the station — an ideal central London spot that immediately sets the scene for a mysterious evening ahead. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a stylish bar and lounge area where all the players gathered. It’s a great place to grab a drink, chat, and start sizing up your fellow contestants before the game begins.
We couldn’t resist snapping a few photos of the iconic chair prop area — fans of the show will recognise it straight away! The atmosphere was electric, with a mix of nervous laughter and quiet suspicion filling the room. You can really feel the tension start to build as everyone tries to work out who they can trust and who will be good Traitors.
How The Experience Works
Once you’ve settled in, the experience quickly immerses you in the world of The Traitors. You’ll fill out a short form, including whether you were open to being picked as a Traitor or not. Then it’s time to head downstairs to the round table, where you meet your host andthe game truly begins. From that moment on, phones go away, and the tension rises as players navigate missions, banishments, and secret alliances. Every interaction matters, and even small choices can make a big difference — just like on the TV show.
The game cleverly balances strategy, teamwork, and suspense. Even if you’re banished, you’re not left out: you can continue watching the rest of the round unfold from a separate room via a screen, so you never miss a moment of the drama. The combination of immersive storytelling, interactive gameplay, and social dynamics makes the experience both thrilling and incredibly fun.

If you’re “murdered” or “banished”, you’re taken to a separate room where you can keep watching via a screen. It’s such a clever touch that keeps everyone engaged.
I was thrilled to make it all the way to the final four! Nick, on the other hand, was banished early and watched from the viewing room.

This experience completely lived up to my expectations. It’s suspenseful, clever, and surprisingly social — a brilliant mix of fun and tension.
