Thinking Of Redecorating The Girls’ Room

I wrote recently about wanting to redecorate the girls’ room. It is a bit of a mess at the moment and I need both girls happy sharing the same room. I have so many ideas for the room but the main thing will be getting a bunk bed for them which will provide much more space. Of course, the other option would be to move to a home with a bigger space if possible so I could redecorate it with both girls’ needs.

If we had a bigger house with a loft we could get it converted so the girls could have a room there. If it was a house with 3/4 bedrooms, that would leave a room either for guests and/or a room for an office! How fab would that be? Let’s keep dreaming, LOL!

If we did get to move, even though I would probably go for more bedrooms, I would still keep my girls in one room for now as I think they are still little and they can grow and bond more if they share a room. We would give them separate rooms when they are older, perhaps when they are both at Secondary school.

I’m always dreaming of this room so I know pretty well how that dream room will be. I want it to be girly, practical, modern and look tidy at all times if possible, LOL! It is funny because every time that I look for bunk beds I find a new version that I would like to use, so I keep changing my mind.

I would really like to do so many things either in our current home or when we get to move! I guess I will have to decide what would be best to do. I want my home to look amazing so when to come home I can say: Wow, I love my house! That would be an amazing feeling, right? I guess things will be better when the girls get older and learn how to keep things tidy and organised.

I have recently come across Homewings who have the most amazing concept where you can get an interior designer to help redesign a room for as little as £149! How great is that? The whole process is online too which is fantastic. I might get a designer to help me with the girl’s room!
