We were on a long car journey driving to the Cotswolds and the girls were very tired. I thought everybody was quiet and assumed they had fallen asleep. I decided to have a look and that is when I saw little Sienna in the most interesting sleeping position! She has never done this before and I don’t know how she managed to removed her arms from the seatbelt. We had to stop and put her back in the correct position so she was safe but it made me laugh seeing her like that. It is funny how they can sleep in any position when they are tired. Have you experienced something similar with your kids?
Thanks for stopping by,
Love you all ❤️

Ha! Ha! Loooove it! We used to have to tie the two shoulder straps together using a sock to stop our youngest from doing a Houdini! Once, she managed to climb out completely and I looked in the rear view to see an empty chair and she was curled up in the footwell!!! #WickedWednesdays

We had battles for a few weeks on long and short journeys when our little one wouldn’t stay in the car seat properly – constantly slipping his arms out, trying to reach things at the other side of the car. We must have pulled over five times in one two-hour journey. But now that he is using the seat belt in a booster seat, he seems happier – he has a bit more freedom of movement and doesn’t feel so pinned down, I suppose. He is a free spirit. 🙂
