I wrote recently about wanting to redecorate the girls’ room. It is a bit of a mess at the moment and I need both girls happy sharing the same room. I have so many ideas for the room but the main thing will be getting a bunk bed for them which will provide much more space. Of course, the other option would be to move to a home with a bigger space if possible so I could redecorate it with both girls’ needs.
If we had a bigger house with a loft we could get it converted so the girls could have a room there. If it was a house with 3/4 bedrooms, that would leave a room either for guests and/or a room for an office! How fab would that be? Let’s keep dreaming, LOL!
This looks great, right?
If we did get to move, even though I would probably go for more bedrooms, I would still keep my girls in one room for now as I think they are still little and they can grow and bond more if they share a room. We would give them separate rooms when they are older, perhaps when they are both at Secondary school.
Or what about this one?
I’m always dreaming of this room so I know pretty well how thatdream room will be. I want it to be girly, practical, modern and look tidy at all times if possible, LOL! It is funny because every time that I look for bunk beds I find a new version that I would like to use, so I keep changing my mind.
If I need to get a loft converted, I have been looking into how to do this and I have found some helpful advice from Solstro Roofwindows which explains all the things you need to consider before installing a roof window. If you are in the process of converting your loft and are in need of installing new roof windows, this is the perfect guide.
I would really like to do so many things either in our current home or when we get to move! I guess I will have to decide what would be best to do. I want my home to look amazing so when to come home I can say: Wow, I love my house! That would be an amazing feeling, right? I guess things will be better when the girls get older and learn how to keep things tidy and organised.
I have recently come across Homewings who have the most amazing concept where you can get an interior designer to help redesign a room for as little as £149! How great is that? The whole process is online too which is fantastic. I might get a designer to help me with the girl’s room!
Anyway, so much to do, so much to dream! Wish me luck!
Are you thinking about redecorating any rooms at home? Or, are you perhaps thinking of converting your loft? Have you installed new roof windows? Do you have any tips?
