Not long ago I was invited to a lovely event organised by Tefal where they told us all about their amazing Cook4Me product. As most of you know, I don’t cook and it’s usually my hubby Nick who cooks at home, generally during the weekends (we tend to cook frozen or more convenient meals during the week as we are all so busy!). When I heard about Cook4Me I was very intrigued about it and wanted to find out more!
The idea of being able to provide healthy, home cooked meals to our girls in an easy way and in less than 30 minutes sounded amazing to me. I thought that this would be a great solution for us as I would be able to cook some meals during the week for my girls if it was not going to take me a lot of time and it was going to be easy and quick to prepare recipes. The idea sounded fantastic to me!
Basically, the Cook4Me is a smart multi cooker that does the hard work for you! This smart pressure cooker comes with 50 pre-programmed recipes. It guides you simply and speedily through cooking delicious meals for up to 6 people.
The event I attended was held in a lovely house in North London. The house had a gorgeous kitchen which was perfect to try out and test all the features of this amazing cooker. There were about 9 other bloggers and we were separated into smaller groups so we could cook four different recipes. While the first two groups cooked starters the other two groups were resting and being pampered in another room. That was just fabulous! 😉
To begin with we were all gathered to be told all about this cooker, in terms of how it works and what features it has. I was so impressed to hear all the great recipes you could do with it in a short amount of time!
You can see a short video of our day prepared by Tefal below:
Main Features:
- FAST – Over 30 recipes you can cook in less than 15 minutes
- EASY – Step-by-step instructions and automatic cooking times and temperatures
- DELICIOUS – 50 pre-set mouthwatering home-cooked recipes
Between all of us we prepared two starters (Italian Vegetable Soup with Croutons and Potato & Leek Soup) and two main dishes (Tuna Puttanesca and Butternut Squash Risotto)
My partner in crime for this cooking challenge was Sarah from Mumzilla. I was glad to hear that she likes cooking and she knew what to do so I said that I was going to follow her lead ;-). We were asked to cook the Italian Vegetable Soup With Croutons that takes about 10 minutes to do. We were able to choose for how many people we wanted to cook this meal for so we did it for the maximum amount which was 6 people as there were a lot of us in the house.
We needed carrots, chopped onion, tomato pasta sauce with onion and garlic, vegetable stock, canned canellini beans and sugar. We had to put all the ingredients together and then put the specific settings on the cooker, preheat it for a few minutes and then put the ingredients inside. The cooker does all this for you, prompting you when necessary so you just literally have to wait for it to do all the hard work! As I said in the title of the post we can now enjoy life with this cooker and be able to eat yummy and healthy food.
I’ve shared another short video from Tefal below showing how easy it was to cook this meal:
The best part of this event was that we were able to get one of these amazing Cook4Me cookers too! I was so excited when I was told that. It was great news, and the funny thing is that when I mentioned this to Nick he was even more excited than me. He was asking me every day if the cooker had arrived – it was so funny! He really likes cooking and he was so looking forward to testing it at home!
I will do a separate post with more details about the meals we cooked at home but so far we have prepared:
- Italian Vegetable Soup (starter) – I liked this so much that we tried it at home too
- Pesto Chicken Risotto (main dish)
- Chilli con Carne (main dish)
- Sweet and Sour Pork (main dish)
- Bread and Butter Pudding (dessert)
You can see below another video from Tefal about my thoughts on the Cook4Me:
We have also prepared rice which it is really good and quick at too! You can find out more about Tefal and its Cook4Me on Facebook, Twitter or You Tube.
You can buy the Cook4me on their official online store or from other retailers such as Argos, Currys, Debenhams, John Lewis, Lakeland or Amazon.
Have you heard of the Cook4Me before? What do you think of its features? Do you normally use a pressure cooker? Will this be a great help for you? Please leave a comment below as I would love to hear what you think.
*Disclaimer: I received this fantastic Cook4me from Tefal after attending an event for the purpose of this review but all opinions and thoughts are my own. I was also offered the opportunity to giveaway the same cooker.
Thanks for stopping by,
Love you all ❤️

This looks bte business. Very full featured. I don’t have a a pressure cooker at home so would love to see what they are like.
Wow, the Cook4Me sounds like an impressive piece of kit for the kitchen! I cook a lot of meals and bemoan the amount of time I spend in the kitchen either cooking or washing. I cook for my elderly mother, boyfriend and greedy dog and can never be bothered cooking my own vegetarian meals when I’m done so rely on meat substitutes (ugh). I would love to be able to do some soups this winter like the Italian Vegetable Soup with Croutons, which looks absolutely DIVINE! Love the blog too, I’ve subscribed on several platforms for some inspo…
I would love to own the Tefal Cook4Me because I don’t cook very often and this would make it much easier for me to and I would love to make something for my partner for a change that he can enjoy, I love the features and that it doesn’t take too long to cook a decent meal, we don’t currently have a pressure cooker at home and I would love to cook the chilli con carne. Thanks for the chance to win, this would be amazing.
I have long waned to get a pressure cooker but find them rather frightening, this looks straight forward and is something I would feel confident learning my way around. I rather fancy Italian vegetable soup – most of my family are veggies so we could all enjoy this. I cook a lot with beans and this would help me cook soaked beans more easily. I like the pre-set feature and the idea of lots of 15 minute recipes rocks my boat! Great feature – I often use reviews to help my purchasing decisions. I would love to win one of these because I think all the family could take it in turns to prepare meals and it fits in well to busy family life.
I dont have a pressure cooker, my aunt and uncle have one and tell me of the beautiful meals they do, i would love to try, we are seeming to have the same meals every week on a rota and need to widen what we eat
Oh I definitely think I need one of these in my life. As it looks and sounds AMAZING!! No one don’t have a pressure cooker and with this beauty in my life I wouldn’t need one either.xx
Looks so stylish… I would cook joints of meats quickly
Love the cool little screen!
I don’t have a pressure cooker at home but i’ve nothing but good things about them from friends and family, maybe its time that I got one too! The site has some really brilliant recipe ideas, some that I would never have even thought of especially some of the lovely soup flavours! The pesto chicken risotto sounds especially delicious and summery. I’d love to see some more “foreign” ideas influenced by coutnries such as greece and turkey – they have some lovely vegetable dishes and other speciailties.
I would love to try this out making a chicken casserole or a vegetable hotpot or stew xx
We need more than one way of cooking in our house- the other half and the boys are meateaters My daughter and myself are vegetarians and are into healthy eating – this cooker would be perfect for us two! a cooker just for us girls to make quick healthy meals!
I’ve never had any kind of slow cooker/pressure cooker but I know a few people at work who rave about them. They say they just bung everything in in the morning and when they get home from work they have a lovely dinner ready. I’m particularly interested in the risotto recipes.
My husband does all the cooking and this would make his life much easier
This looks fab! Would love to try a Casserole!
Lovely videos Franca. Cooker looks fab! My mother in law loves kitchen gadgets she will love this. 🙂
wonderful! I have never used a pressure cooker, this would be ideal for my veggie curries!
I just love how versatile this kitchen tech is! I’d love to own one; if I could have a nutritious meal ready within 30 minutes every night, I would be delighted!
a great looking kitchen gadget and i like the sound off being able to cook something in 15 mins
I’d love to win because I’ve never owned or used a pressure cooker before, and think it would be very convenient for mealtimes.
I don’t own a pressure cooker yet but this one looks fantastic. I love the versatility of this product and how many recipes it can create. I would love this to try curry and stew. Awesome.
I don’t have a pressure cooker, this looks fab for whizzing up a meal once were all home from work and school
I don’t own a pressure cooker. Would love to try making great foods for my family
It looks easy to use unlike the pressure cooker your mum used to have
This looks so stylish and I’ve wanted one for ages now.
Would be lovely to make stews and casseroles in
I love the sound of how versitile and easy to use it is! The features sound very simple which is great! I do not own a pressure cooker. However, if I did I would make lots of tasty stews, soups, casseroles, curry’s etc. Sounds lovely!
