I am sure you can agree with me that the start of 2021 hasn’t been the one we all wanted. With the lockdown, finding the motivation to get up and be active without our usual routines and access to gyms has been very difficult. For the past year, I have let myself down. I honestly didn’t care anymore if I was healthy or fit. The world has been turned upside down since March last year so my thoughts were somewhere else which wasn’t good for me. So, by the end of February, I was completely fed up with myself. I wasn’t feeling happy because I was not healthy or fit anymore. This feeling was in my thoughts constantly.

So I decided to stop thinking like that and try to do something about it. I knew that the only way for me to start feeling happier was to snap myself out of this cycle that I was in and start changing my mindset so I could achieve a healthier and fitter life.

The first thing I did was start a healthier diet tracking my daily calories. This has been a great resource as now I try my best to not go over the number of calories I am allowed per day. So far I have lost 2.4 kilos in 2 weeks which is promising. And along with my diet, I have started a new fitness routine with the help of Ideal World as they kindly sent me their new Vibrapower Slim 3bundle to try out at home together with their new workout wear – the PROSKINS Transform leggings and PROSKINS Transform bra which has been a game-changer for me.

The Vibrapower Slim 3 is not just effective but also super fun and easy to use. It is a very innovative and modernised vibration plate that can make a significant difference to your fitness, health, and general well-being.

The Vibrapower Slim 3 produces an oscillating motion instead of a vertical one, this means that one leg is moving up while the other is moving down, making your exercise routine more effective. Just by standing on the platform and doing your normal exercise routine, you will activate more muscle fibres than you would normally do. How cool is that?

The mat comes in the same colour as the unit you pick (Purple, Rose Gold, Red or Black). It also comes with a pair of resistance bands (each with a different level of intensity – the red is the lowest resistance and the black is the highest resistance) along with another pair of tube resistance bands that attach to the bottom of your machine. I have used them all and they are very easy to use as well as effective.

It also comes with a wrist remote control that allows you to control your different levels of workout from your wrist. This is super handy as now I can control the settings from my wrist and don’t need to reach the control panel.

It is built as an oscillating platform with 20 levels of speed and 5 pre-set vibration programs, so you can benefit from Vibration training and get an intense workout in just ten minutes by using the resistance bands to enhance your workout. The 5 programmes work from 3 minutes to 10 minutes which allows you to choose the programme that suits you the most.

You also get 2 handles to increase the number of workouts you can do. You can use them for press-ups, triceps dips, the plank and many more.  These handles can be added to the top of the machine.

It comes with a visual guide that contains 16 different exercises to follow as well as cooling-down exercises. This is very useful as I didn’t know what to do and just checking the images with the exercises helped to start my routine.  You can also find several YouTube videos with exercises that are very easy to follow.

VIBRAPOWER SLIM 3 ADD-ON SEAT

You can use the Vibrapower Slim 3 Add-On Seat alongside the Vibrapower Slim 3 to unlock a variety of extra exercises such as a lunge or a stepper. It can also be used to sit on to relax the back muscles or as a footrest for tired feet.

I haven’t tried the Vibrapower Slim 3 Add-On Seat yet but it will be part of my next routine as I am very keen to explore more ways to exercise using this amazing machine.

MY THOUGHTS SO FAR

I am incredibly impressed with the Vibrapower Slim 3 bundle and the PROSKINS Transform leggings and PROSKINS Transform bra. They have definitely helped me to get my fitness groove back. I like that it is a fun and innovative way to exercise from the comfort of my home.

At the moment, I am trying to find some time to get moving each day. It is great to be able to grab the Vibrapower Slim 3 at any time and do it from 3 minutes to 10 minutes each time. My goal is to be able to get on it 3 times a day at the moment I am only doing it once a day but it is very effective so far because I can feel my muscles aching.  My willpower is back and I am feeling very positive.
