#KCACOLS – 17th April 2016

amomentwithfranca · 16 April 2016 · 13 Comments

Welcome back to my linky #KCACOLS. I hope you all had a great week! Thank you again for all your support. We did AMAZING last week with 95 link ups!! We are now not to far to reach 100 link ups!!! HURRAH!! It is OUR BEST SO FAR so I’m so excited about that!!  THANK YOU ALL so much for being part of this linky! For new people joining us this week, I really hope you like #KCACOLS and that you come back again next time! You can also find more about this linky from the #KCACOLS linky page! 🙂

I had the best week in AGES!!! As most of you know I was invited to spend 5 days at Bluestone in Wales. It was amazing!! A magical place for sure!! It had lots of entertaining activities for the kids and I loved spending some quality time with my family!! We missed Nick lots as he had to work but we did Facetime every day so it was all good. We were incredibly lucky because the weather was so kind to us as we had sun all week! Yes, you heard it: SUN in Wales in April!! We had no rain at all until the final day when we were leaving!! This was just amazing!! The views in this place are stunning. Our lodge was brand new with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 2 floors! It was luxurious and we all loved it!! I have lots of material to share so I will be writing several posts for next week!! I have shared some photos already on my Instagram. You can see some of them below. I had so much fun!! 🙂

Such a beautiful sunset we had today at @bluestonewales ☀️#bluestonewales

Now to the linky. This week the commenting has been the BEST SO FAR!!! I’m incredibly overwhelmed with the amount of comments we have had!! We managed to reach 4 comments as a minimun per post!!! YAAY! I’m so happy about that!! I wasn’t expecting this and I’m so proud of all you guys for being so supportive and incredibly generous with your comments! I’m loving the #KCACOLS community. I hope you agree with me in saying that this community ROCKS, LOL!!!

  • One post had up to 20 comments and another up to 18 comments, just from this linky!! That was just amazing!
  • There were 2 more posts that had 16 and 13 comments!
  • There were only 5 posts with 4 comments.
  • The rest of the posts had between 6 and 20 comments!
  • Also for this week the last couple of posts that linked up (link 94 and link 95) had 10 and 8 comments respectively which is brilliant.

THANK YOU to all of you that love being generous and spreading lots of love! I really appreciate that! 🙂

We had 5  people that didn’t comment on the post linked up before their post. We are getting much better guys! Let’s try to reduce this number even more, I know we can do it!!

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEW LINKERS: PLEASE start with commenting on the post linked up before yours first and then go around commenting as much as you would like. Also, use the hashtag #KCACOLS when commenting (this is indeed very important so I can then see how many comments you are doing and then be able to feature you in my linky post which is always great for you as you get a backlink which helps improve your DA).

Thank you so much for all your comments on the host posts and the linky post. I read them all and I have liked them all! As I mentioned already, I can’t go and comment on all your posts because of the lack of time. However you will always receive a comment from someone on behalf of the linky (either the co-hosts or me).

CO-HOSTING: If you would like to co-host with me you need to first be a regular to this linky and know all the rules. You can always ask to be booked for a future date but at least I would like you to have had at least one month of linking up with #KCACOLS.  So, if you are free and would like to be my guest co-host for one week please send an email to franca@amomentwithfranca.com.

Featured Post Baby a Fi

FeaturedPost_R_is_for_Hoppit

I would like to say THANK YOU so much to JESSICA from Babi a Fi and LUCY from R is for Hoppit for helping me with the commenting this week! They have been incredible this week commenting on all the posts! They have done more than required, commenting, tweeting and pinning more than I asked for so I really want to say how much I appreciate their help!! It was the perfect week to have them both as I was feeling so behind this week due to the lack of time I had due to being at Bluestone. They were both BRILLIANT! JESSICA & LUCY you are THE BEST!!!  🙂

FeaturedPost_ThePramshedBlog

My first guest co-host this week is CLAIRE from The Pramshed. This is the first time that I’m having Claire co-hosting this linky and it is very exciting! She has been joining us for a while now. She is always very active within the linky and she loves to spread lots of love as she is always commenting on lots of posts every week! Please give her some love to her Twitter account. She will also be retweeting your tweets this week so please add her twitter handle (@thepramshed) to your tweets as well as mine. Finally she has a guest co-host post,  3 months blogging: What have I learnt? linked up too. Please, if you could go there and add a comment it would be AWESOME!!

FeaturedPost_Suburban_Mum

My second guest co-host is again MARIA from Suburban Mum.  Most of you are familiar with her blog as she has helped me several times. I’m really happy that she will be supporting me this week too! Please give her some love again if you haven’t done it already. These are her social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, & Pinterest). She will also be retweeting your tweets this week so please add her twitter handle (@suburb4nmum) to your tweets as well as mine. Finally she has a guest co-host post, The first time since becoming a mum… linked up too. Please if you could go there and add a comment it would be AWESOME!!

FeaturedPost_Educating_Reversi

For last week, the person who commented the most was BECKY from Educating Roversi. I have featured Becky before as she is always incredibly generous with her commenting. I’m so excited as she has been incredible! She has spread so much love this week which I do appreciate A LOT. She commented on 61 posts!!! WOW!! Isn’t that amazing? Thank you so much BECKY! You are A STAR!

FeaturedPost_A_Mum_Track_Mind

The second person who has commented a lot this week is FI from A Mum Track Mind. This is the first time that I’m featuring Fi and I’m very happy because even though she has only been part of this linky since this week she has been very involved and I’m so happy about that. I would love to have first linkers like her. She has been so nice spreading so much love within the linky. I love that! She was AMAZING!! She commented on 52 posts.

FeaturedPost_Bring_Mummy_Coffee

The third person who has commented a lot this week is ALLYSON from Bring Mommy Coffee. This is also the first time that I’m featuring Allyson. She joined this linky for the first time a couple of weeks ago and she has been great. I love that she is also very involved within the linky! She has been super generous this week, commenting on 31 posts which is BRILLIANT!! Thank you so much ALLYSON!

Behind Becky, Fi and Allyson was MAINY from Myrealfairy with 30 comments, SARAH from Mumzilla with 29 comments and Savannah from How He’s Raised with  27 comments each. Thank you so much lovely ladies!!! 🙂

For this week’s linky I am linking up 2 posts: “UK Coffee Week: 24 Coffee Hacks” and an old but lovely post which I enjoyed writing, “Planning your child’s birthday party“ so I hope you like them! 😉

Please do not forget to follow and check out the #KCACOLS Pinterest Board. We have pinned all your posts from the last linky so please go and have a look. There are some great posts that deserve a read!

[do_widget id=”text-21″ title=false]

Now let’s carry on with the linky:

RULES:

Each week I will choose 6 people who have commented A LOT within the linky. Three will be featured and another three will be mentioned on my Saturday linky post. This means that 6 people will get a back link on my new linky post each Saturday!

1. Be sure to grab the #KCACOLS badge which can be found below or on my sidebar. Simply copy the code from the box below the badge and add it to the text/html at the bottom of your post or place it on your blog sidebar.

2. You can link up to 2 posts per week.

3. You can share anything that you would like. It is open to absolutely any subject and also you can link up posts that are old or new. You are allowed to link up another linky ONLY if it is a promotional post about the linky and you can do this only once and I expect you to put my badge or a link to my linky and of course to follow the rules regarding commenting.

4. Comment on one of the hosts posts (choose one that you would like to comment on as I will be linking up 2 posts every week if possible). Then comment the guest co-hosts. Then comment on the post which is linked up immediately before yours and finally any other post that you would like to comment on. That way everybody receives at least two comments (one from the host/guest co-hosts and one from others).

5. This linky will be open every Saturday from 10 pm and will remain open until Wednesday at 11.59 pm.

6. If you would like us to tweet your post that is absolutely fine, just tweet your link to me @WithFranca, Claire @thepramshed and Maria @suburb4nmum we will both retweet it. Please remember to use the hashtag #KCACOLS.

7. Finally, if you could please follow A Moment With Franca (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest  Bloglovin, Google+ and You Tube) that would be fantastic!! 😉

I look forward to reading and commenting your posts!! 🙂

✨Happy Friday✨.Did you have a good week? Unf ✨Happy Friday✨.Did you have a good week? Unfortunately, it wasn’t that good for us because the girls have been under the weather. Bella started first with a sore throat and high fever for a few days and then when Bella got better, Sienna started! She got a horrible cough but no temperature. Her cough was that bad that she couldn’t sleep very well for a couple of nights. They are both much better now and back to school.. The weather hasn’t helped either. It has been so cold lately! I literally feel frozen all the time. Thankfully it is looking better atm as the temperatures are starting to rise. I decided to get my flu vaccine, so I hope it protects me from all these viruses that are going around! Have you had the flu vaccine too? .On another note, I went yesterday to a parents meeting about GCSE options for Bella. I can’t believe she needs to think about it already ahead of Year 9. The time really goes fast. Are your kids dealing with GCSEs too?.📸 Sharing this beautiful bouquet of flowers from @freddiesflowers to brighten up our day.#flowerarrangement #flowerdelivery #bouquetofflowers #flowersmakemehappy #loveflowers #flowersoftheday #flowersoftheweek #flowerlover #freshflowers #flowerobsession #bunchofflowers #foreverflowers #flowersofinstagram #homesweethome
