10 Christmas Gifts Ideas For Kids

Following on from my 10 Lovely Christmas Gifts For The Ladies In Your Life post, I thought to also do a list of Christmas Gifts Ideas For Kids. We received a few lovely products to review that we liked a lot, so I thought it could be nice to put them all together here so it might be useful for you.

See below our list of products we tried and loved:

Smiggle

My girls love stationary and they are always asking for new pencil cases, pens in many different colours, scented pens, notepads, colouring pencils, rubbers, rulers, etc. They love them all. As you know were are big fans of Smiggle and we have been having their Advent Calendar for the past couple of years and my girls get super excited about it!  We received a lovely bundle of Smiggle goodies that were super cool so I thought to list them here as I am sure they could be a good idea for your kids too.

Lil’ Mates A5 Notebook (£16.50)

We received a Lil’ Mates A5 Notebook from their Lil’ Mates collection. This tactile, A5 notebook is super cute. Their Koala design comes with a baby Joey notebook which is what Sienna loves the most! She thinks it is so adorable! Come with a mini pencil case on his back. It has 80 sheets and 160 pages.

Ice Cream Scented Highlighters (£6.00)

The Ice Cream Scented Highlighters are so adorable! When Bella saw it, she grabbed it straight away. She loves highlighters and much better if they are scented. Comes with six scoops of delicious scents. These novelty ice cream shaped highlighters are hard to resist.

Character Clock With Night Light (£16.50)

The Character Clock With Night Light is very cool. This clock was picked by Sienna and she absolutely loves it! She can keep track of time and start her day off the right way with a friendly greeting from her favourite character. This kid-friendly clock is the perfect addition to any room to bring some fun to every kids day! It has a built-in night light, alarm, countdown, temperature and digital calendar display to help your kids kick start their day, the right way.

In The Book: Disney Princesses The Ultimate Collection Personalized Book ($49.99)

In The Book are passionate about children’s reading, and making it the most exciting it can be with their personalised books! From stories of superheroes and princesses, along with an exclusive Disney license, In The Book love to create magical stories that little ones can read again and again! With their name, a message and even their photo woven into the story, children will love to snuggle up and read a book made especially for them.

We got a gorgeous Disney Princesses The Ultimate Collection Personalized Book for Sienna. I was incredibly impressed when it arrived. We were not expecting that big and so beautiful. Sienna couldn’t believe she received such a wonderful personalised book. She loves reading different stories each night. It is such a joy to see her enjoying so much reading her book.

PLAYin Choc – ToyChoc Box (£2.50)

PLAYin Choc is like a Kinder Egg, but with fairly traded dairy-free chocolate and no landfill waste left over.  We received a selection of ToyChoc Boxes to try out. ToyChoc Boxes combine the two things that kids love most in the world, toys and chocolate, and they do it in a way that’s good for them and good for the planet.

Your kids would enjoy melt-in-the-mouth chocolate made from organic Peruvian cacao, and a selection of exciting 3D toys. They have a toy for every kid and occasion. They have rabbits, giraffes, dinosaurs, etc. They could be perfect for stocking fillers.

We love Ravensburger products. We have different puzzles and games at home. This Ravensburger CreArt Pawesome Polar Bear Paint By Numbers Kit is fantastic. They have 2 different types depending on the age of the kids. So they have some for kids ages 9 and up and kids ages 7 and up. We got the ones for kids older than 9 so Bella was perfect to try it out. She is very artistic and loves this type of activity. It kept her entertained for a while. She did a fantastic job!

Lapland UK – The Untold Story of Father Christmas Book (£15.00)

If you have heard of Lapland UK, you probably know how wonderful this place is for little ones. We were invited a few years ago and we had the most mesmerizing day!

They have published a new book called The Untold Story of Father Christmas which is the foundational story from which LaplandUK, the live experience, was born. The book tells the tale of how a humble toymaker first travelled through the door in the Enchanted Forest to Lapland to become Father Christmas.

If you are planning to visit Lapland UK, reading this beautiful book with your kids is a lovely way to familiarise yourselves with the characters of Lapland or it could be an enduring ritual to read each Christmas as your family tradition. The Magic Mixies from Moose Toys is absolutely amazing! This toy is sure to be a must-have toy for Christmas 2021. If your kids love magic, spells and potions this is the toy for them! Magic Mixies Magic Cauldron lets kids make magical potions through cool spells that will then reveal their own furry pet friend living in its cauldron. This interactive experience will captivate your kids with its imaginative play! Sienna absolutely loves this toy! She plays with her Magic Mixie all the time.

What we love the most about this toy is that you can repeat the process again and again! I must admit I was awed by it too and I thought it was an amazing toy! Your kids are going to love this toy. Check out this Magic Mixie Reel of Sienna trying her Magic Cauldron for the first time!

Carrot Kitchen App Subscription (from £2.99)

If you are looking for ways to get your kids excited about cooking and healthy eating or perhaps you want to do fun and useful activities at home with your kids, then Carrot Kitchen App is the perfect gift for them. My girls have been trying this app and have had so much fun cooking yummy recipes.

Carrot Kitchen is a new cooking app that you download for free to your mobile. It inspires and encourages children to learn how to cook. It has Tasty and healthy recipes and skill videos, designed by food education experts which enable a fun and safe cooking hobby in the child’s own home. It has step-by-step recipe videos that help kids to cook independently.

They have free recipes to test before you decide to subscribe. This is a great way to get an idea if your kids will like the app. Then you can subscribe to the free 14 day trial. The subscription gives you access to the full content (over 100 kid-friendly recipe videos and cooking challenges and 5 new recipes each month.

Frugi Clothing

We love Frugi clothes. We have been collaborating with them for a few years now and we adore their clothes because they are so colourful and cheerful! Their clothes always make my girls stand out when they wear them! Frugi only uses organic cotton and their outerwear is made from recycled plastic bottles.

Sienna received beautiful PJs. They are so colourful and super cosy! She loves them! They are made from beautifully soft, gentle and breathable organic cotton. ⁣Have a look at their website because they have a lovely new collection of Christmas PJs at the moment. She got the Clemmie Traditional PJs that can be a lovely Christmas gift.

LOL Surprise Confetti Under Wrap (£13.99)

Sienna is obsessed with L.O.L Surprise! Dolls and pretty much her Christmas list is all about them! She recently received this LOL Surprise Confetti Under Wrap and she loved it! It was so much fun to unwrap.

Rainbow High Dolls (£27.24)

Sienna also loves Rainbow High Dolls. She has been collecting them for a while now and she has so much fun playing with them. She received Rainbow High Bella Parker and she thinks she is so beautiful. Bella Parker has a pink outfit and she has gorgeous features, long eyelashes and beautiful, brushable hair. Bella comes with 2 complete outfits to mix and match for bold, show-stopping looks. Also includes a hair comb, two hangers and a doll stand.

Series 2 are now available with 4 brand new characters (Stella Monroe, Krystal Bailey, River Kendall, and Karma Nichols). And she has just received the new Rainbow High Winter Break range dolls. The Original 6 from Rainbow High gets a Winter makeover so they can fashionably hit the slopes. Sienna is looking forward to collecting all the dolls, so I guess now I should be putting the other dolls on her Christmas list!
