Will Pharmaton Vitality Capsules Bring My Energy Levels Back?

amomentwithfranca · 18 July 2017 · 8 Comments

Since I was young I have always felt that I never had the same energy as others. I always seemed to get tired quickly but I didn’t worry much about it and just carried on with my life. I also used to love a good nap in the afternoons which seemed to work wonders for me while I was at Uni. Then, of course, I started working which meant an end to my naps. Getting through the day was always hard but I somehow managed. I have always wondered if there is something I could do about it.

When I became a parent things got worse! The sleepless nights contributed to my tiredness even more. The last few years have been very hard for me and I have always thought that there must be something wrong. I have taken vitamins before which have helped but I still felt some level of tiredness.

One day, when I was on the tube on my way to an event, I read an advertisement, that asked: “Are you tired of being tired?”. It was for Pharmaton Vitality, and when I read it I thought that the message was directed to me. I actually took a photo of it to research later.

I actually then forgot about it, but coincidentally a few weeks later, I was asked by Pharmaton Vitality to review their tablets. I couldn’t believe my luck as I really wanted to try them. I was very happy to try something that promised to work against tiredness and a lack of energy.

Pharmaton Vitality Capsules are clinically proven to relieve tiredness and restore vitality. They also enhance mental and physical performance. They contain a special blend of vitamins, minerals and the unique G115 ginseng extract. Apparently, the effectiveness of these capsules is supported by over 30 clinical studies. When going through temporary periods of fatigue, they work with your body’s natural metabolism to relieve fatigue and restore vitality, and also help keep you mentally and physically alert.

I was asked to review a bottle of 30 capsules so I would have some idea by the end of the first month if it would provide me with some energy. Nick was also very interested in these tablets. He has recently been trying to get fit and lose some weight like me and when he is on a diet he seems to get more tired at first so he was very keen to give these tablets a go too. We decided to share the first bottle that was given to us and then we bought a second bottle to share for the remaining 15 days.

As soon as I started taking the tablets I didn’t feel any dramatic changes but they say very clearly that it takes time (about 30 days)  to start feeling any changes so I was okay with it. The first week I was unwell because I had a cold with a sore throat. But something to highlight was that I would normally have been in bed with a cold like that but this time despite feeling unwell, I carried on with my life. I guess that was good.

We have both taken the tablets for 30 days and we have both felt some changes already. Our energy levels seem much higher than before. I personally feel much more active than before and I am even waking up at 6 am every day and start my day earlier which is great because I can get more things done!

I can also see that Nick is much more active now and he feels less tired too. He has more energy to carry on doing some work in the evenings whereas before he perhaps would have crashed to bed earlier. While I was taking the tablets I also asked about the length of time we can take these tablets. So they referred me to their medical team who gave me the following reply:

” The Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for Pharmaton Vitality Capsules states the following on the length of time the product should be taken:

  • Start by taking capsules for 4 weeks.
  • If, after 4 weeks of treatment, you are starting to feel better, you may continue to take them for up to 12 weeks.
  • After 12 weeks, talk to a doctor if you would like to continue this product. The
doctor may wish to investigate your symptoms further. “

We are now in our second month of taking these tablets. We will probably keep taking them after we reach 12 weeks. I guess after this I will discuss with my doctor if that’s okay.

These capsules are great for the relief of short periods of daily fatigue associated with a busy, hectic lifestyle. Symptoms of daily fatigue include temporary periods of exhaustion (for example caused by stress), tiredness, and a feeling of weakness or lack of vitality (loss of energy). They are suitable only for adults over 18 years old. You should take one capsule each day with or after food.

I am taking them each day with my breakfast. They are easy to swallow and they also taste nice which makes them easier for me to take every day. You should not take these capsules if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Please note, that you should consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist. These capsules should not be taken as substitutes for a healthy diet. You should still keep eating healthy.

OUR THOUGHTS

We are both very pleased with Pharmaton Vitality. We really feel our energy levels have gone up and we both feel we can achieve more each day. These capsules have been a great help during these last weeks as we have been able to stay focused and energised to feel able to go through our everyday duties comfortably.

I genuinely think this product is really good and if you are experiencing similar symptoms and looking to survive this crazy parenting life, I highly recommend you to give these capsules a try. They are available for £9.45 (30 capsules) and you can find them at BOOTS.

Are you in need of more energy like me? Do you suffer from fatigue? What do you do to help combat it? Have you heard of Pharmaton Vitality? If so, have you tried them?

*Disclosure: We received a voucher to purchase a bottle of 30 capsules of Pharmaton Vitality from Boots for the purpose of this review. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thanks for stopping by,

Love you all ❤️

I’ve never heard of Pharmaton Vitality before. However I really do love how much medical advise they give and the clinical studies. It certainly give that air of assurance for anyone taking them. For me personally I take a lot of medication due to various conditions. However this is certainly something I would recommend to others especially for example if they know they have a big work project coming up and need a boost to their energy levels, or anyone in a slump of tiredness.

✨ Cat Cafe In London✨.📍Bella and I went t ✨ Cat Cafe In London✨.📍Bella and I went to @javawhiskersuk , a cat cafe located in @westfieldlondon . This was my present for Mother’s Day from her🌸.🌟 Before we went inside, we had to go to a separate room to wash our hands and remove our shoes..🐾 They have 2 different rooms: the Cat Lounge and the Kitten Lounge and you can choose to stay from 55 mins to 1hr 55 mins. The prices vary depending on the room you choose and the length of time..🍰 When we stepped inside the room we were greeted by a group of gorgeous kittens. We ordered (before we went inside the room) a latte and a delicious chocolate muffin with chocolate melted inside that was so good. This was served to us in the room while we were surrounded by these adorable kittens..🐱 We spent 55 mins playing and petting the kittens. They were so cute. We loved interacting with them..🥰 Their cafe is also a foster home for homeless cats so if you are looking to adopt one, this is the place to visit! They have had 230 successful adoptions already! 🙌🏻.🚨 The only downside is that you have to be over 10 years old in order to be allowed inside the rooms 😬.🐈 If you are a cat lover like us, I highly recommend you visit Java Whiskers! It is the perfect place to unwind and relax with these beautiful kittens! 🙌🏻.Have you visited a Cat Cafe before? 🐈‍⬛ .#javawhiskers #catcafe #catcafelondon #londoncafe #westfieldlondon #londondayout #daysout #thingstodoinlondon #newplaces #londonguide #lovecats😻 #catsofinstagram #catloversday #londonthingstodo #whatsonlondon

✨My Girls✨.Due to the strikes we had Sienna ✨My Girls✨.Due to the strikes we had Sienna at home yesterday and today, and Bella only today. I thought it would be very chaotic but despite it always being louder when the girls are at home, especially my youngest one, lol, we did well..Bella did school work at home today and had the afternoon free. Sienna didn’t do school work. We only asked her to carry on doing Spanish and Maths via Duolingo. She also had Spanish lessons this afternoon (every Thursday she has lessons) so both days were manageable thankfully 😍.How was it for you? Did your kids stay at home or did they go to school? .PS: let’s hope things get better for teachers. ✨Peruvian Suspiro Limeño✨."Suspiro Limeño" ✨Peruvian Suspiro Limeño✨."Suspiro Limeño" is one of my favourite Peruvian desserts. When I was In Peru, I of course, made sure to have it not only once but several times 😉.This dessert is made of manjar blanco (milk, sugar, almond flour, egg yolks, vanilla) and meringue (egg whites, port, cinnamon) 😘.The history behind this dessert starts with Amparo Ayarza who was the creator. Her husband, José Gálvez Barrenechea was a poet and was the one who gave it its name. The poet called it "Suspiro de Limeña", which means, 'Sigh of a Lima lady', because it is soft and sweet like the sigh of a woman. Love this 🥰.Have you ever tried "Suspiro Limeño"? Or have you heard of it before? Would you try it? .📸 Picture taken @panchitasazoncriolla in Lima that has one of the best versions of this dessert 🙌🏻.#suspirolimeño #peruviandessert #meringue #merengue #desserttime #dessertlover #dessertpic #dessertgram #peruvianfood #cocinaperuana #gastronomiaperuana #perufood #peruviancousine #whatisfordessert #dessertsofinstagram
